I looked at the sign board with the face of confusion, trying to figure out the reasons for the government setting the rules. These rules don't make any sense! I understand what they are trying to say on ‘Smoking Issues’, but what’s with the other rules?! 

There’s no specific reason on why people should always pray for the gods. What the government is trying to do is to brainwash all the people and try to take away all our rights. I don’t understand…… Why only people who always put their whole time to pray for the gods deserve all the rights, rather than all the people?….. Something’s wrong……. I’m confused…… I started to get a headache as my mind was surrounded with many questions. 

“I’m sorry, that’s all I can help you…..” said the police officer and left. 

Then, Rin came beside me and patted my shoulder. 

“Are you alright?….” Rin said softly beside my ear. She didn’t know the whole conversation between me and the officer, all she could do was tell me to not think too much or put pressure on myself as there are many things that I’m not familiar with during this time. I understood that she wanted to comfort me, but the anger within me was still on. 

“I……..don’t understand…… What are they thinking?……Why are they being released?…..” I said and started to lower down my head.

“I think it’s better for us to go now….. If the people saw us, it’ll be bad for both of us……”

“…. Yea…. Let’s go…..” 

After I carried my bag from one of the seats, we settled ourselves up and were ready to go back. While we were walking on the street, my face turned darker with the full silence and I was in no mood to talk too much. Rin tried to turn the conversation over as she could tell that I’m dissatisfied by looking at my face. 

“So…..Wanna discuss the homework later? There’s some questions that I really didn’t know……” she said with her voice shaking.

“.........”

“........”

Suddenly, there was a pause of silence as I was thinking about other things and Rin seemed to be talking to the air. 

“......”

“....hello?! Are you there?!” She called me again.

“Oh! Sorry……. what did you say just now?” 

As I asked her, she started to get mad at me and pounded her face. It looked like she didn't want to waste her energy again to talk to me.

“I knew it!.....” she said with her eyebrows pushing downwards and turned her eyes to the other side and crossed her arms.

“H-hey…….I’m really really sorry about what I did just now…..” as I tried to show my apologies to her, she still ignored me. 

“I won’t do it again next time…..I promised!” I panicked as I said with both hands sticking to each other, hoping that she would forgive me. 

“Fine, I’ll say it one last time!….Wanna revise homework or NOT?!”

“I just said that I’ll revise on my own…..” my voice got sloppy as I spoke. 

“What did you just say?!” She shouted suddenly and shocked me, which I immediately changed my decision. 

“Ok…...ok……Is that all you want to ask?” 

“YES, no more words to take back right?!”

“O-oh! Y-Yes!…..” I straight forward accepted her request, and tried not to get in any more trouble. What kind of person is she?…..
