Hi guys!

Thank you so much for reading King’s Blood, especially to the few of you who have subscribed.

It's amazing to see how many have been interested in my two stories despite them being my first attempt at writing at publishing novels. I have around a hundred subscribers between the two stories, which is far more than I ever expected.

Unfortunately I have to announce that both of my stories are going to be put on hold for a little while. I just came back to school at the end of last month, which has caused some anxiety and stress and I just need a little time to figure out how to balance studies and writing in a way that I can upload regularly, but without stressing.

So hopefully the break won't be too long, just long enough that I can figure out how much I'm capable of writing per week and to rebuild my buffer. So I hope you'll stick around! :)

In the meantime if you guys need something else to read, I highly recommend author Sevannah Storm. She has three novels here on Tapas: “The Huntress” (completed), “Invasion” (ongoing) and “The Cursed Guardian” (ongoing).

Her writing and plot are sublime! (And don’t tell anyone, but I might have drawn some inspiration from her writing-style…)

Though my girl Leo is a naïve, innocent sweetheart atm, I expect we’ll see her more like this in the future. She’s got a fiery soul and just needs/needed a catalyst to ignite that flame.

Carsein has led kind of a rough life so far and he looks a lot older than he actually is. Only when he’s smiling or asleep does he actually look his age.

He’s got dark eyes normally, but under certain conditions the color of his irises change…
