Raven and Wolf is a serial fiction I wrote for my girlfriend, once a day, for over a year. It isn't the first story I've written for her, but it is the one she had the most influence on, namely in the creation of the two main characters. She also influenced many of the scenes and situations that occur.

We developed a system where, each day, she would give me a single word. I would then write a scene using that word, the two characters we created, and whatever artistic license I desired. This has the result of many of the following passages being somewhat abrupt and oddly worded, but I'm fine with just blaming that on my writing style.

It was my original intention that only she would ever see this work, as it was something personal that I created for the woman I love. However, after a year and a half of convincing on several different fronts, and most importantly of all her blessing, I will be posting the story here.

The story was finished a year and a half ago, but I will be posting each entry one day at a time so you can experience it in the same manner she did. While I will be adjusting and correcting the grammar as I go along, I will not be rewriting any aspect of it as it is important to me that the story remains true to itself.

As for the content of each chapter, please be warned: It will have violence, dark humor, and sexually explicit scenes. I will, of course, be marking those chapters Mature where I find them, but I will not be removing them for anyone's comfort.

I am also more than aware of the historical, scientific, and artistic liberties I have taken in the writing of this story. There is no need to point out the inaccuracies, or inconsistencies, as they're part of a world that is as inaccurate and inconsistent as ours anyway.
