The two dangerous predators locked eyes neither one willing to be the first to blink. For a long moment, only the sound of rushing water could be heard before Raven chirped curiously. A low snarl ripped out of the wolfs muzzle before the chirp finished echoing.
Narrowing her eyes at the offense, Raven cawed loudly, while not loud enough to swallow the dangerous snarl it succeeded in drawing the wolfs attention who ceased his warning. The great beast narrowed his eyes in distrust as he sat down imperiously and glared up at her. Obviously, they would have to work on this, Raven thought to herself.
