*let emotions wash thru w/out needing to assign meaning & purpose to each feeling.. crying and emotions serve many purposes - cleansing, sensing, expression.. they are not inherently "bad" or "good" - just feelings.. as they move thru you can trust your intuitive mind to work it out on it's own time."
