So after our encounter with the alligator, we continued onward up the path to the spoopy stronghold plus town.

Along the way a fog rolled in, making it hard to see, barely. Didn't block anything. We past by what was a citidal and the human explored a little bit. He scanned the area, getting a low roll and didn't see much. I decided to see for my own and rolled higher. So, role playing, used the "zoom" feature on my mask and saw three humanoid figures. 

After we decide they might be adventures like us or undead, we head closer towards them, up the path. As we got closer, the DM narrated that they seemed to be missing peiced of flesh and their weapons and armor was rusting. 

I, being the only smart one, ran into the bushes to snipe. The three idi---Im mean guys ran ahead and attack. 

The undead were skeletons. One seemed to have been a elf, by his armor, another a human, stature, and a halfling. The halfing skeleton got destored real quickly and after awhile they almost had the other two. 

I tried to help but, I rolled badly (got a 1), and my crossbow jammed, and I thought there was a giant poisones spider next to me. Then the ogre skeleton apeared. 

It smashed the Dwarf to 3 HP and sent him scurrying back to me. 

The two up front had a hand full. I tried to help but missed again, luck wasn't with me that day.

We ended up nocking down the ogre with a handmade bola, me and the dwarf made, and killing them. With that; all ,except me, were on their lasts legs and we head back to town. 

The dragonborn got the club the ogre had and we called a day. With that the first part of the one shot was over.
