Chapter 5: The Bunny Goddess!

After at least 5 hours of driving/flying, Noah and Keira then see an enormous castle in the distance. Both look on in shock as they are approaching it.

“Check it out…big castle!” exclaimed Noah in astonishment.

“I see it. Holy crap it’s huge!” exclaimed Keira.

Not far behind, Kurama and Violet in their own vehicle sees the castle as well and is in awe at the sight of it.

“Yo look at the sight of this!” said Kurama as he is driving his car.

“We must be careful. We don’t know what’s in there.” Said Violet who is simply glaring at the castle in the distance.

Noah and Keira reach the front of the castle and sees two massive black steel doors with two cartoony like golden bunny shaped head handles on each side.

“I’m guessing whoever lives here does not get out much...” said Noah with a chuckle.

Keira rolls her eyes, “Hey I appreciate good custom door handles.”

Noah quietly laughs at this. The doors to the castle are then randomly opened slowly.

“That is odd.. the door just opened by itself.” Said Keira with a confused look on her face.

Noah looks at the door I wonder and carefully walks up the stone steps.

“Hello?” says Noah who takes out his power pole and walks inside the castle on guard.

Keira puts her bike back into capsule form, puts it away, and follows after Noah also cautious.

Meanwhile, Kurama and Violet are behind the two, and slowly creeping after them.

“We’ll knock them unconscious and steal what they have.” Whispers Violet.

Kurama simply smirks as he and Violet enter the castle as well.

Once everyone enters the castle, the giant steel doors slam shut.

The four’s eyes then widen in shock at the loudness of the door slams.

“Well that was surprisingly loud…” said Noah who looks behind him with widened eyes.

Keira simply nodding her head in approval but with a scowl on her face, “What kind of an asshole would do something like that?”

“Don’t know…” mutters Noah. “But we’re about to find out soon...”

As the two venture further into the castle, they enter a giant room empty grey room.

“Huh. This is new.” Said Noah as he looks around in wonder.

“For some reason I actually agree.” Said Keira who also looks around in wonder.

Kurama and Violet then suddenly jump into the air behind the duo in an attempt to attack them.

“GIVE US YOUR BELONGINGS LOSERS!” yells Violet as she prepares a roundhouse kick to Keira.

Noah turns in time to see Violet about to kick Keira and narrowly avoids Kurama by running towards the two.

“Keira! Look out!” yells out Noah who tries to stop Violet.

A powerful nearly blinding light then shines in the room, stopping everyone in their tracks.

“AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!! What is this blasphemy!” yells Kurama as he covers his eyes in agony.

Parts of the floor that the four are standing on drop, and the four fall through. They then land on a slide that leads them down. The four continued to yell until they reached the end of the slide and falls into another room on a stone floor.

“Ow…geez” says Noah who rubs his head.

Keira, Kurama, and Violet rubbed their heads groaning in pain. Keira opens her eyes to see Violet and Kurama glaring at her.

“Great going green haired idiot. Now we are stuck down here with you.” Says Kurama glaring heavily at Keira in anger.

Keira glares back but in annoyance. “HEY! We’re all stuck down here. For now, let’s try and see what the hell is going on! That trap door was not my doing.

“For once I agree with greenie. Someone put us down here.” Says Violet with a scowl.

Noah sighs as he walks over to the 3 teens. He stands in front of them with his arms crossed with a curious look on his face that resembles Goku’s.

“What is it?” asks Keira who looks up at Noah in wonder.

Noah looks around curiously. “I have a feeling we are being watched...”

Kurama and Violet look at the dragon tailed boy in confusion.

“What do you mean kid?” Asked Violet.

A piece of stone the nearby wall moves and tv screen is then seen. This gets everyone’s attention.

“Oi. What’s going on?” asks Noah with surprised look on his face.

The tv screen then turns on and reveals a smiling woman with silver hair long hair in a ponytail, and ice blue eyes. She also has on sky blue lipstick and sky-blue eye makeup.

Kurama stares at the woman with a look of love on his face.” Wow…she’s hot.”

Violet looks at her brother with annoyance. “What?! Now is not the time to be thinking with your penis!”

The woman on the tv screen chuckles in a cute manner. Her silver shiny hair sways.

“Hello trespassers. Enjoying your stay?” The woman asked with a smile.

Violet glares at the tv with anger. “Let us go lady or I’ll kick your teeth in!”

Keira shakes her head in disappointment as Noah just stares at Violet with a look of shock on his face.

“Such vulgar words. That will soon change. You have something that I want, and I will have it. If you cooperate, you can leave and live. If not, I will kill you and take what I want anyway.”

Noah raises his eyebrows confused. “What? What do we have that you want?”

The woman on the tv then smirked evilly. “Those emeralds boy. The emeralds you have on you.”

Keira gets up and smirks at the lady. “Hmph. Sorry. The Shouzen Emeralds are not for sale.”

The silver haired woman then sighs. “Very well. I see you leave me no choice.”

The woman stands up and is revealed to be decent when it comes to her body. She also has on a black kimono that hides her body.

On one of the stone walls, a piece of stone opens up the wall and it turns into a doorway. This catches the four youngster’s attention.

“Looks like we can get out of here!” says Kurama who quickly runs out of the room through the door.

“Kurama get back here!” scowls Violet who runs after her brother.

Noah and Keira simply follow the duo wondering how to escape from the castle.

The four then enter another room that’s dark. It was so dark; one could not even see a thing.

“Why is it so dark in here?!” exclaims Kurama in annoyance. “Where’s the light switch?”

The lights in the room then switch on suddenly, startling the group. The room resembled a pinball game.

“What is this? Pinball? What kind of nutjob makes a room resemble pinball?” says Violet in wonder and with a frown on her face.

Then a giant pinball falls from the ceiling and starts heading towards the group. This surprises them immediately due to the sudden boom the pinball made when it hit the now concrete floor.

“RUN! Run for your life!” exclaims Keira who runs away from the massive pinball in fear.

Noah, Kurama, and Violet run after her also with a bit of worry and fear on their faces.

The four youngsters start running around the room trying to find the exit to escape. They then see a white light that’s a doorway to possibly the exit of the castle.

“There! Let’s split!” Yells Kurama as he points at the escape route.

The giant pinball starts rolling even faster towards the group. This causes Noah to stare at the ball then jump into the air and punch it, in order to stop its movement. But it crashes into him.

“Noah!” yells out Keira with worry and fear for her friend.

The pinball smashes against a nearby wall with Noah. The pinball rolls away to reveal Noah with goofy smile on his face and he falls to the floor with a groan.

Violet rolls her eyes and quickly runs towards the downed dragon tailed boy, grabs him, and throws him on her shoulder. “Idiot why did you have to try and play the hero?”

Noah simply groans and smiles. “I thought I could stop it...”

“Hey, I see the exit!” says Keira with smile as the group sees the exit.

The group bursts through the front doors of the castle…only for the ground to cave in again and cause the group to fall through the ground and down another slide.

“AND TO THINK WE WOULD HAVE MADE IT THAT EASILY!” Exclaims Kurama in rage and shock.

The four then land onto another stone floor. But the cell they were now in, had a bar window that shows the moon in the distance.

“Come on! We were so close! UGH!!” exclaims Keira in fury.

Violet drops Noah onto the floor and growls. “Now what…”

“Ah don’t worry guys. We’ll figure something out. In the meantime, let’s just sit back and relax.” Says Noah casually as he sits up and puts his hands behind his head.

“HOW CAN YOU BE SO CALM ABOUT THIS!” yells Violet while getting in Noah’s face.

Noah then sighs. “Look we’ll get out of here. We just need to remain calm.”

“Fine. We’ll just sit here and do nothing.” Complains Kurama as he plops down onto the stone floor.

Keira sits down next to Noah and looks at the two trouble making teens across from them. “Actually, I want to know everyone here. Since you two followed me and Noah, I want to know your reasons on why you want to steal our possessions.”

Kurama sighs as Violet glares at the dark green haired girl across from her.

“Why in the hell should we- “began Violet angrily.

“Ok. That’s fair. Only if you tell us about you.” Says Kurama casually with a hint of sadness.

“Kurama! They don’t deserve- “Yells Violet

“Yes, they do! I’m tired of playing this tough guy act. They deserve to know since we’re all in this situation.”

Violet scowls but does not say anything. Kurama sighs for a moment then looks at Noah and Keira.

“The reason we’re going around stealing food, clothes, and money is due to us being poor…” began Kurama with a look of sadness on his face.

This immediately caught the attention of Keira, but Noah was indifferent due to not being around other people besides his deceased adoptive aunt.

“I’m so sorry. What happened?” asked Keira concerned for the two.

“Our parents died when I was 6 and Violet here was 8.” Kurama said with that same sad look on his face. “After they died, we were allowed into an orphanage. Unfortunately, we were treated poorly in that orphanage, so we left and lived out on the streets. So yeah. What about you guys?”

“Well... I was raised in the mountains since I was a baby. My aunt just found me in the woods and took me in.” Noah said with a small smile.

This unnerved Keira, Violet, and Kurama. Who would just abandon their own child in the woods?

“I’ll talk to you about that when we have time Noah...” said Keira bothered by that.

“What about you greenie?” said Violet with a smirk.

“Just a city girl. Nothing really. Except I belong to the richest family in the world. The Sanders.” Says Keira with a smile on her face that shows pride but not in the arrogant manner.

This shocked both Kurama and Violet. Their mouths were hanging open in shock.

“Wait what?! You’re the daughter of-“began Violet in disbelief.

“Yep. I sure am. I’m actually on a quest for the 7 divine emeralds called ‘Shouzen Emeralds’. Noah here actually joined to help me find them.” Says Keira still smiling.

This catches the attention of both Kurama and Violet. They looked on curiously.

“So basically, my family and I are religious. I read in the scriptures that mention these 7 emeralds. Of course, we thought they were fabricated stories, but due to me being curious about this certain passage, I set out to find them. Turns out that they are real.” Says Keira.

“So what happens when you find them?” asked Kurama who was very curious.

“The scriptures say that either God sends an angel down and it asks you whatever is you want. And through the miracle of God, the angel allows what ever you ask comes to reality. Or you can actually communicate with the lord himself and actually hear his voice instead of getting responses through prayer. Though I prefer through prayer.” Finishes Keira.

“That actually sounds interesting… how many emeralds did you find?” asked a curious Violet.

“Five right now. Just need two more and then we will be able to summon the angel or talk to God.” Replies Keira.

“I see…so…Noah…how was your relationship with your aunt?” asks Kurama.

“Erm…well we had a very good relationship. She trained me, showed me around my home mountain... good times. Until the night she died by a mysterious monster.”

After hearing that, Keira, Kurama, and Violet have a terrified look on their faces and back away from Noah much to his confusion.

“Hm? What is it?” asks Noah in confusion.

“Nothing Noah. Wait…where is my bag?!” exclaims Keira.

Meanwhile outside, the silver haired woman is standing outside with surprisingly all 7 emeralds.

“Finally! I have all 7 emeralds! Fu! You better keep watch!” says the silver haired woman.

The person name Fu is a man with short brownish red hair, brown eyes, tan skin, and is wearing battle armor. He is standing on top of a lookout tower with a sniper gun in his hands.

“Yes, Empress Vanilla!” says the armored man.

The Empress then shouts out as she raises her hands over the shining bluish silver divine emeralds. “OH MY LORD! GRANT ME MY DESIRE IN YOUR NAME!”

The emeralds then start flashing a few times, then a bright white heavenly light blasts out of the emeralds and into the sky. As the light blasts through the sky and air, a beautiful angel then slowly descends the sky down towards the Empress with a smile on its face.

“Hello fellow creation of the Lord of everything. Ask whatever it is you wish and through his grace, I shall grant you whatever you ask. Or you may speak with your Lord directly.”
