"There's oxygen, flora, presumably fauna, and a nice stable climate," Ranger says as he steps outside. The alien jumps out and looks around excitedly. "He looks happy," Ranger says as he points at the alien who was jumping around like a playful kitten. A few other crashes sound nearby making the group jump. "That must be the others!" Ranger says excitedly. "Or it could be some sort of animal," Jaxxen warns. The alien shakes his head as he grabs Jaxxen's hand and begins leading him towards the noise. "Come on Ranger!" Jaxxen calls over his shoulder. "I'm coming!" Ranger calls back as he follows Jaxxen and the alien. "My name is Briar by the way." the voice says. "Briar huh? That doesn't sound like an alien's name." Jaxxen whispers. "Haha. It's the shortened formed of my real name." Briar says his laugh echoing to make a beautiful noise. "Okay." Jaxxen whispers. "There they are!" Ranger says as they see the crew. Briar lets go of Jaxxen's hand and takes a step back looking timid. "Guys!" Jaxxen calls as he and Ranger run towards the crew. "Thank God," Eli says looking relieved. "Saya! What's wrong?" Ranger asks as he kneels beside Saya looking worried. "O-Owen is unconscious and bl-bleeding!" Saya sobs. Briar disappears for a minute before he comes back carrying a bright pink leaf, a roughly made wooden bowl, and some long black leaves. "What's that?" Jaxxen asks as he watches Briar shred the pink leaf with his claws and mix it with the glowing blue liquid in the bowl. "It'll help your friend," Briar says as he stops mixing. Briar checks the now red liquid by sniffing it before he stands up and walks over to Owen. "Get away from him!" Saya shouts as she jumps in front of Owen. Briar changes his skin to match the environment and avoids Saya easily. "Don't worry he's going to help," Jaxxen says as he catches Saya before she can rush at Briar. Briar kneels beside Owen as his skin changes back to normal he carefully uses his claws to cut Owner's sweater away from his skin. Briar begins spreading the liquid over Owen's wound. After letting the liquid soak into the wound for a minute Briar put the black leaves over the wound and uses his palms to press them deeper in. "His bleeding has stopped," Ranger says after examining Owen. Briar snaps his fingers in front of Owen's face making him jolt awake. "Owen!" Saya says as she throws her arms around Owen. "Saya?" Owen asks as she starts sobbing into him. "I-I thought I l-lost you!" Saya sobs. "Sh... it's okay." Owen says as he wraps his arms around Saya. Briar flinches as Saya throws her arms around him. "Thank you!" Saya says as she lets him go. Owen tries to stand up but Briar rushes to his side and gently pushes him back down shaking his head quickly. "Let's just set up camp," Eli says as he glares at Briar. "Yeah...."
