This battle gear is a pair of gloves with a wrist watch like device. It is originally the "Tachyonic Battle gear" but she reverse engineered it and called "Space Battle gear"...

Battle gear is primarily used by the law officers and some civilians who have license to possess it for travelling purposes in planet Alphania...

Precious: What can it do?!

Velocity: It can make portals and stop time!

Then suddenly she put a face mask and sprayed some chemical that made me sleep. When I woke up, I am already wearing a spacesuit...

Precious: Oh come on! Please don't do this!

Velocity: Yes! We do! This is fun! Activate battle gear!

Then she used her right hand pointing her index finger to the planet's location and draw an imaginary circular shape in the air to cast the spell of exit portal inside the planet's atmosphere. After that, she created another portal behind me to serve as our entrance then suddenly she pushed me in to it...

Precious: Sister! Where are we heading?!

Velocity: See that mountain?!!! That's we're we heading!

Our conversation while holding hands together free falling in the air after exiting the portal...

Precious: How do I activate my parachute?!!!

Velocity: No parachute you dumbass!!!

Precious: Then how we gonna land safe?!!!

Velocity: I will stop time using the ability power of my battle gear!!!

Precious: Can you try to stop time! I just wanna know if it is functional!!!

Velocity: You don't really trust me?!! Of course it is functional!!! Just by holding my breathe, time will stop!!!

Then she tried but nothing happened...

Precious: Why?! Did it worked?!

Then she tried and tried again but still it didn't work...

Velocity: Maybe it needs more some tweaks!

Precious: What?!!! Haven't you tried it before?!

Velocity: Yes! Believe me! I tried it before! But not in free fall like this! Maybe I can't do it right now because I am feeling nervous! I can't hold my breathe well here!
