Blue Magic is magic that was given to the Fairies. So there have the power to take all the souls from other worlds to this world. But the magic also has:

Teleporting, hidden-object, portal, resurrection, summon creatures and maybe little more. You have to say 'Blue' as spell words but you have to feel what you will cast, only a Sorceress can have that Sorceress feeling. This magic does not need staff to perform it.
