The four arrive at the park where everything is in ruins. The citizens have fully evacuated but destruction is all that remains behind.

“What have they done?” Piccolo comments.

“Gohan’s energy is close by” Vegeta says.

“It’s close by indeed.”

The four look ahead of them as the Armored Squadron stand with Dore holding Gohan by the head. Salza steps forward.

“We’ve been wondering when you would arrive Goku” he says, “Lord Cooler wanted us to warm things up before his arrival.”

“Let go of my son.”

“Oh don’t worry, your son was just our warm up” Neiz replies, “time for the main coarse.”

“I see you brought company to even the odds” Salza comments.

“These are my friends.”

Dore activates his scouter and scans the four of their power levels. His face gets filled with excitement as the numbers increase exponentially.

“Oh I’m psyched for this” he says, “I want the big saiyan there.”

Broly is battle ready as everyone prepares to fight. Vegeta makes eye contact with NightHollow whose staring directly at him and he can sense a very formidable energy emanating, yet it feels familiar to him as well.

On both sides they prepare to attack when Dore makes the first move towards Broly while Neiz goes straight for Piccolo. Salza strikes Goku and the two begin to clash while NightHollow immediately catches Vegeta off guard. The fight begins.
