Elise had some free time to herself. She always liked to spend it at home. She chose to clean around the house with her Aunt Lilian. Cleaning required some knock around clothes. She wore a big white t-shirt and white sweatpants. She had her in a messy bun, and a bandana covering her mouth and nose. They had just finished changing all the curtains, when there was a knock on the door.

Elise took of her bandana, and went to answer it. Kyle was standing there when she opened the entrance. She was surprised to see him, not to mention the line of Rangers standing next to him.

"Oh! Hi Kyle." She looked down the hall. "A-And Rangers?"

"Sorry about this. Trainees, you know."

"Uh, I'm sure." She leaned in closer. "Do they always hang around?" She whispered, Kyle signaled for them to leave.

"DISMISSED!" He said, and the group of soldiers marched away with a salute.

He smiled at her "I like your new look, comfy yet casual."

"Huh?" She asked, He pointed to her clothes.

She grunted and ran into her room. "M-Make yourself comfortable--I'll only be a minute!" She yelled from her bedroom.

   Aunt Lilian invited him inside, and offered him some appetizers. She went into the refrigerator to prepare them. Kyle sits down at the table, he makes his move and discreetly sticks something under it. Elise emerged soon after, she smiled at him. Her hair was in a side ponytail, and she was wearing a long flared skirt with flats and a t-shirt. Kyle smiled when he saw her, but felt guilty about his assignment.

"Lyn, why don't you show him your early birthday present." Her aunt said

"Okay." She took his hand. "Come with me." She led him to the elevator.

When they stepped in, she pressed for the Garage.

"Ellie, would you go somewhere with me?"

"Y-You mean like a date?"

"Do you want it to be one?"

"Um, it's up to you. You're the one who brought it up, the arrangement is on your sh-shoulders."

"Do always ramble like that?" He asked

"Am I rambling?" She asked, Kyle nodded. "O-Okay then, my answer is yes. I'd love to go somewhere with you."

"How 'bout New Year's Eve?"

"Perfect! I'm not doing anything then."

[About time you guys hooked up.] Elise ignored the voice in her head.
