A man wearing black clothes can be seen in a convenience store buying some gum and foods while looking at the TV that is on. So far the news that he is waiting to be broadcast did not happen.

"That would be thirty dollar sir." the cashier said, looking at the man wearing a black coat with the hood covering almost half of his face. 'This man is weird.' she thinks to herself before smiling when the man gives fifty bucks.

"Keep the change." the black-clothed man said before getting his purchase and briskly going outside, he even bows his head.

"What a weird guy, but he is really generous giving me the twenty bucks." She whispers looking at the man walking towards his car.

The man quickly drove by, stopping at an electronic shop buying ten disposable cellphones. He again avoided the CCTV and again tipped the staff in the same manner as the cashier.

"Miles, we had a deal, deposit the money or you won't like what will happen to you." he sent his first message before smirking.

"Miles, I'm waiting!" he again wrote before stopping his car beside a trash bin and putting the disposable device in.

The man wearing the all-black ensemble is the same man who looks at the two cargo down on the frigid cold water on that fateful day, he been in the road for two days now, only stopping to eat, to use the bathroom and catch some short sleep.

"Miles.  Miles.  Miles. Oh, Miles, your so dumb!" the man said giggling then breaking to full-blown laughter, uncaring to the people looking at his direction. The car is tinted, nobody would see him.

Miles threw his wristwatch on the floor making the device shattered into pieces, he is livid. He is planning bloody murder.. The man wants to intimidate him? He really has some guts. The man better be make sure to hide very well because he will make sure that he will hunt this bastard down on whatever and wherever he will go. 

Don't be too smug, in the cat and mouse chase, I will make sure that you are the mouse!" he says loudly before calling a hacker to track the device location.

After the hacker informed him of the location, miles decided to go there with his own. He will not hire a goon to do the job, This time he will be the one to act. There will be no one to know. There will be no one to tell. Hell will freeze before his crime will see the sun. Kaidan is gone. This man will be next!

Miles drive for almost an hour before arriving at his destination, gasoline station. Parking his car in the convenience store, he looks at his surroundings making sure that nobody is spying on him before getting his sling bag. His gun is in the bag. Arranging his bull cap and sunglasses, using the tracker he locates the device.
