After all the raining in the night, the sun carried a warm sensation to all of us.
After a invigorating breakfast, the three adventures wanted to continue their journey. Vi had took me by the hand and led me outside. Warm sunlight greeted me once more, but with less pain.
The streets were buzzing with activity. The merchants shouts filled the air, along with distant crying and muttering. We came by a fruit dealer - a big varg with a mesmerizing smile - and bought some supplies. Eating different fruits with different tastes was and still is amazing! I mean, tastes!
Hmm, that reminds me of the taste of meat... especially human meat. F*ck, shake it of, Revana! As a fairy, the taste of mortal meat was totally different from now - I tried, and I puked instantly... I never told them of that "incident". Maybe someday, when life gets easier. There are even more secrets...
We left the village eastwards. The mountains in our back, we saw lush fields of wheat and maize, grasslands and even a bigger village on a hill not too far away. But out way winds again towards the mountainside, to out next stop: Eisenbrann.
Once a free city of the Mertalian Association of Cities, it is now a city occupied by the Empire of Selenia. The emperor of Selenia knows that the city has a strategically position as the only paved path to the Mertalian Peninsula, and of course its reputation as the Mertalian armory.
I had a feeling that more trouble awaited us.
