HellByrd: “This isn’t our fight but trust me you’ll be gettin plenty of excitement where we’re goin.”
Zovak: *looks up at the sloth* Ah it’s u Malo. About time u woke up. It’s time to eat and leave the survivors alone, I need them to scavenge for me.
Void: *I frown, then look in the direction we're travelling. I raise a hand and point off in the distance, then turn and look quizzically at HellByrd*
Malo: *The beast only continued to growl, crashing back down on all fours before lifting its heavy tail and swinging it around like a battering ram. However, it seemed in its daze of newly being awake it didn't seem to understand it was in a dense forest, and instead of hitting Zovak it instead struck a tree just beside it. The force of the hit was enough to crack it where it struck, quickly bringing it down*
Zovak: *laughs and falls to the ground with a loud thump* hahahaha did u really just try that
HellByrd: “‘The Scrapyard’ we call it. It’s the remains of the city beyond. Sins runs wild and corrupted and not gettin in a fight is only wishful thinking. We can only try to avoid em.”
Zovak: *wipes a tear from his face and looks back at the sloth beast* Man that was great but it’s time for u to come to ur senses.
*Zovak jumps high into the air almost reaching the tops of the trees. Grabbing and pulling himself into a branch thinking to himself*
Now how should I knock some sense into him.... *looking down observing the sloth beast*
Malo: *With another growl, more frustrated then the last, the beast stomped forward. It was un-amused by Zovak's words, or perhaps it did not understand him, and sought to put an end to it. Swinging its tail around again, it deliberately aimed for the tree Zovak was in, cracking it once again, only this time it gave it a kick as well, sending it flying back and knocking Zovak to the ground.*
Zovak: *falls to the ground with a loud cracking sound from his rib cage, gasping for a second before yelling* FUCK! That fucking hurt u jerk I may be a zombie but I still feel things!
Void: *we approach the scrapyard, and I start to run ahead.*
Malo: *While he was down the beast lumbered towards him, head down in a charge as it snorted angrily. But when it reached him, it realized it's waste of speed and energy was in vain. Laying down, Zovak was too small to hit with its horns. So instead it merely collapsed heavily on him, tucking its claws under its body as it closed its eyes. It would rest again, restore its energy, and see if the small wolf like creature was still alive when it woke up.*
Zovak: *under the sloth beast, Zov thinks* Man if I was human I would be 100% fucked.
*hears it snoring and thinks* Guess I should escape while I can.
*Zov begins to wiggle enough to free an arm with the dirt and begins to dig a hole slowly at first but the freer Zov got the faster he dug eventually making a tunnel out*
*When Zov emerges from the hole gets up and bends backwards to pop his back, grabbing his rib forgetting it snapped* Fuck that hurt. Alright no mister nice wolf.
*Zov walks up to the sloth beast sleeping and raised his fist in the air and hammer slams Malo into the shallow earth he used to escape*
*Meanwhile....*
Void: *we approach the scrapyard, and I start to run ahead.*
HellByrd: *Another survivor, a mother, calls out to you but I tell her to let you go. I climb onto a roof and order the scrappers to get to their post. Some going up onto the roof and others scattering with their partners. I started running on the rooftops following you close enough not to draw attention but not close enough to have you out of my sights.*
Void: *I wander around a bit, looking around before dashing off to the middle of the town. As I run, I start doing tricks. I rounded a corner by running up the opposite wall, nearly crashing into other scrappers. They shout angrily at me as I pass but shake their heads with a smile after I'm gone. I skid to a stop in front of a pair of derelict doors, but fail to stay upright and faceplant.*
