Cameron began to move between pillars, looking for an opening. His movements were fast and hard to keep up with. The best strategy would be to get up there.

 I focused electricity in my legs, the buildup was painful. I stopped the generation of electricity and changed it into a constant flow. Cameron Dived at me, gliding through the air for an attack. I moved out of the way, by moving my leg slightly I ended up near the back of the structure. My nose hit the stone wall as I slowed down, knocking me to the ground.

 I lost focus on my ability. My nose began to bleed, it came with immense pain but I got up. I had never felt this feeling before, this intense feeling of wanting to finish something. I liked it. Cameron was relentless, as soon as I turned he was right in front of me. He tried to grab me but failed, I managed to begin running. I focused electricity in my hands, the pain much greater than when I did it with my legs. Cameron was charging at me, I snapped my fingers. A wind gust was created, blowing him into the air. Cameron gained control back and took foot on a pillar.

 He looked completely surprised, he had a small cut on his cheek. “You know what Loprez, I'm jealous of your ability.” Cameron sat on the pillar, resting his wings. “Why? It comes with pain, I can’t use my ability anymore right now without going insane.” I glanced down at my fingers, suddenly the pain increased. It felt like someone was stabbing my fingers with daggers. Cameron did not look convinced, he picked a feather off of his right-wing. “Having a Mutation Ability sucks, with my wings it is impossible to lay down properly. Hey look it’s a cool bird guy, people say. But I can’t even fly!”

 Cameron jumped off of the pillar. I rolled to the right as he tried to strike me, he missed and landed on his feet. I quickly gathered electricity in my arm and swung it at him, creating a massive shockwave. “What is this, sudden power!?” Cameron was blown into a wall, he laid motionless on the ground.

 I knew from watching him fight before he was surrendering. “I win?” I was in shock, winning a battle against Cameron. I never thought of the day this would happen. Also, it was hard to move my body, was this me overusing my Ability?
