Elic opened the door to go to school like normal. It had been almost four years now since Arin disappeared and Elic was now in his second year of high school.

As he opened the door Elic saw someone standing in front of him. The boy was quite short and his black hair was long and tangled his grey eyes were dull as if he wasn't quite alive. His skin was pale and he was way too thin for it to be healthy. He wore a light black shirt that was almost to small for him and a pair of baggy pants that were way too big. The shoes he was wearing were so worn out that you could almost see his feet.

As Elic stepped through outside. The boy fell forward and Elic caught him. He suddenly buried his face into Elic neck and started mumbling. At first, Elic wasn't sure what he was saying but soon the boy's voice got loud enough for Elic to her, and he froze. He was mumbling his name over and over again like it was some kind of chant.

Elic recognized the voice immediately. He wasn't sure how many times he'd heard it in his nightmares over the past years but hearing it out loud again shooked Elic so much he wasn't able to speak for a few seconds. "A...rin?" Elic whispered not believing what was right in front of his eyes. He didn't say anything and he'd stopped mumbling. But Erin felt him nod against his neck.

Tears welled up in Elic's eyes and he dropped to his knees, Arin when down on his knees to, refusing to let go of Elic. Elic reached up and Hugged Arin tightly. they stayed like that for at least five minutes. Soon Elic got the strength back into his legs and stood up. He dragged Arin into his house and immediately texted his mom, And Arin's mom. He had Arin chant into some of the close that didn't fit Elic anymore. ELic was aware that Arin was a lot shorter than most boys his age. As Arin was changing his shirt Elic glanced over and gasped. Cuts, new and old covered his back. Elic grabbed the shirt that Arin was has trying to pull up and took it off. ELic ran to the washroom and grabbed the disinfectant and bandages.

He had Arin sid down as he applied the cream to his back then put on the bandages. When he was done he let Arin put his shirt on. After they came in Arin hadn't said anything and just stood there until Elic told him to do something then he did it. When There moms arrived, both out of breath. Arin was asleep resting against Elic's shoulder. When Elic had looked closer he had realized that Arin had really dark bags under his eyes and told him to rest.
