CHAPTER ONE

Myung stood in the mirror trying his best to highlight his cheekbones. It wasn't his first time trying on makeup but somehow he felt so unskilled every time he picked up the makeup brush.

"Wow, Myung you look so pretty!" Milan said as she walked into the bathroom. She stared closely at Myung then kissed his forehead.

"You think so?" Myung replied

"I know so. I mean just look at you" Milan grabbed Myung's face and turned it gently so he faced the mirror.

Myung felt his body whole warm-up after hearing Milan's words. He hadn't felt like this in a long time and it made him feel special.

"I never really get to dress this pretty since I'm always home with Miyagi and we never really go anywhere"

"Well you deserve to look pretty and I know you're going to have so much fun tonight," Milan said confidently

*phone rings*

Myung stared nervously at his phone and Milan noticed.

"Whose that?" Milan asked

"Its Miyagi"

"Why is he calling its 10 pm?"

"I don't know?" 

"Pick it up then and find out," Milan said

*Myung picks up the call*

"Hello"

"Myung are you in your room right now?" Miyagi asked

"Yes, I am. What's up?"

"Could you come over?" Miyagi said in a commanding tone

*Milan starts shaking her head in disagreement"

"Well you see I would but....."

*Milan continues to shake her head aggressively in disagreement*

"I can't come tonight" Myung finally blurts out

"Why not? You know what I want. It won't take long" Miyagi replies

"Well you see the thing is am going to a club"

"You're going to a club?" Miyagi asks 

*Milan whispers "gay club"*

"Yes am going to a gay club to be more specific"

"Why?" Miyagi askes

"Uh well..."

*'To meet some new people'Milan whispers*

"To meet some new people and hopefully make new friends" 

The call went silent for a few seconds. Myung could feel that Miyagi knew that he wasn't telling the whole truth but he stood his ground because suddenly he really wanted to go out.

"Okay then come to my room immediately after you get back"

"Sure" Myung responded without thinking

*'NO NO NO'Milan whispers*

"Actually no, I might not be able to come. Sorry" 

"No need to be sorry. Have fun making friends Myung" Miyagi replied

*Call ends*

"That was so intense. That's  the first time I have ever said No like that to Miyagi"

"Well you need to start saying No more often" Milan replied

"I can't believe he really doesn't care that am going out"

"Miyagi doesn't care about you Myung. The sooner you realize that the happier you will be. Now c'mon let's head out"
