The Nightblade movie had gotten everything wrong. The soundtrack didn’t match the tone they tried to give the film. The costumes were horrible and the cgi looked cheap. They added half baked plots and character motivations that didn’t make any sense.
The worst thing in the film though was how the main character was written. Keisha Nightblade has been given a different backstory and interests and the film ended up making her seem selfish and horrible. That wasn’t what Nightblade was like at all. Arthur had been devastated after the film had ended.
“Okay, let’s start with some history.” Arthur began to work on the script for his review of Nightblade.
Arthur typed:
Nightblade is a character that originally appeared in a book called The Ravens. Keisha Nightblade was the Shadow Walker who led the thieves in the book and grew close to the character Sinharan. She was one of the protagonists of the story.
However Keisha Nightblade’s popularity truly began when she got her own spinoff series called Nightblade. The eight book series followed Keisha after she ended up alone in a different world. It ended up inspiring a comic book adaptation, lots of merchandise, and even an anime. So it was no surprise when the show got a live action film.
