He’s five years old now. I visit him every time he goes to his grandparents’ house. They live right next to a wooded area, and he loves nature almost as much as I do. They let him wander as much as he pleases. Normally I would rebuke someone that allows this at such a young age, but instead I’m thankful for it. I don’t mind watching over someone so precious.
