Hannah leaned against the wall out in the front watching as others left.laughing,smiling,joking.She sadly smiled at this internally before building up the inner walls that protected her from everyone.Hannah let her face show no emotion as she listened to her music silently humming to some of the songs. These tiny earbuds always brought her serine peace they were her beautiful vibrant world that no one else could even begin to grasp. She liked it that way she kept her patient gaze on the front walk into the school waiting for the newbie. She tapped her fingers to her side most avoided her because of the air she had about her it probably didn't help that most were intimidated by her height of 5'9 almost 6 just an inch off. She could line her eyes with most of the taller people and begin an intellectual war with them before saying words. She could always send that satisfying glares to some of the stuck up bitches that roamed her school most of the time just having to look down at them slightly. They usually ran away like scared rats after just a few seconds of a stare down with Hannah.
Hannah was brought back from her music when she heard steps approaching her matched with a curious light silver eyed gaze his eyes were too light to be considered blue more of a silver. From the way that her glanced around this was his first time around. She straightened slightly and walked over pulling her ear buds she internally sighed in discomfort when she had to put them away. She breathed in and then projected her soft smile that she had practiced for years. Fake it till you make it as they say she had often used the term so it stuck with her. She survived by being a wallflower when she was younger she could not count how many times that plastered gentle act of a smile had saved her. Their eyes met hers neutral his looked excited and positive she gestured for him to come over to her. She introduced herself her boredom leaking through her monotone voice she clearly wasn't interested in being here but she sucked it up for now. He would leave her alone and find his own group after she thought promising herself this. He gave her the most blinding smile she felt the need to back up his whole attitude was making her sick to her stomach. She began leading him around there huge campus. All he did was talk Hannah never got a word edgewise before he flipped onto another topic after the next .
Hannah throughout the tour sent him weird looks she doubted his sanity by now what person could talk so much and she could of sworn he never breathed in between topics. He was the exact personification of the sun with this everything was awesome aura. When she finally reached the cafeteria she breathed a sigh of relief that she didn't know she was holding. He turned to her that aura of his nearly strangling her cold-harted icy loner air she had about her.
"Tours over i'm heading out". She waved half--hearted as she took her leave".
Hannah was not expected what came next that for sure. It was like a part of her icy layer cracked just a very small unnoticed crack just enough to start a long avalanche to start to form as time went by later on.
