Bakuyoroko Satsujinishi point of view
I said that, hoping it would cheer him up, or maybe make him feel a bit more fortunate.
We soon came to my house. It was slightly bigger than the others, but it didn't stick out that much, especially with all the lights off.
I figured that maybe my grandparents had gone to sleep, but they would probably wake up to my pounding on the door, hopefully. Since I had just moved here we hadn't made a spare key yet. I pounded on the door and waited. I don't know how long we waited for, but I know it was long because my legs had started to numb.
I turned around to Chimeitanken and awkwardly smiled.
"S-so, Chimeitanken, you can go I'll just wait out here." I said, as my legs gave out.
I braced myself for the fall, but instead I hung in the air or that's what I thought until I opened my eyes and looked up to see Chimeitanken. He didn't look like he was struggling, but his arms were shaking.
I quickly stood up again and apologized.
"It's okay, at least you aren't hurt." he said. "Anyway, it isn't safe for you to stay out here yourself, you might fall again. I-If you'd like y-you can come to my house for tonight."
