Well, if this situation is in real life and not online, then it all matters on your obligation to loyalty. If you want to stay loyal, then you have to reject the other boy, but if he doesn't give up and keeps on trying after multiple times of you rejecting, that can be issued as harassment, and you should tell an authority figure immediately.

Now, if you aren't too sure on being loyal. Then, I don't blame you, but still, that's not loyal, and I don't approve of it, especially if your boyfriend is nice to you and actually cares and loves you.

But if you really don't want to be with your boyfriend, then I guess you just break up and go with the other man.

If your relationships are online, then pretty much the same, or you can just cheat, but I don't approve and do not influence that behavior, but it is a choice.

But if the person that is asking you out is instead sending sexual texts, photos, and are asking for sexual content from you, then definitely block them and tell an authority figure.
