The raging battle between Gorgon the goddess of purity and snakes, and Naga the god of lust and pythons, was coming to an end. Both have fought and greatly weaken one another. Gorgon can no longer bite as ferociously and Naga's death grip was losing its power.

No one knew who won in the end, but both eventually died. Lima with multiple fractures along her body, even if she could survive she would not be as flexible as a normal snake and would be crippled. Naga body was scorched to charcoal from the inside, due to the effects of Lima's poison and turning into a grey rock like substance on the outside.

Perhaps it could be seen as a draw. Naga managed to strangle Gorgon, but not before she delivered one last dose of poison. They died while their bodies were still entangled. One can see the out come of the battle as it showed how Naga wrapped its body around the head of Lima to prevent her from biting him, but alas she prevailed and while still being griped, she managed to slip in one final bite, and successfully delivered enough of her holy poison while being strangled to death.

Their bodies fell limp and no longer moved, their complicated mass of flesh lost the ability to maintain its current form and stated to lost its shape. Their entailed bodies eventually fell on the crumbled cave....

Boom!

The gigantic forms of two gods crashed onto our sleeping main character!

"Ahhhhhh!!! It hurts! It hurts!", swore the sleeping bear.

"Ill be crushheeed, get off me!"

"Ahhhhhhhh, helllllp!"

After screaming its head off, the poor bear started to dispair.

"Wuuuu.....wuuuu...", the bear then started to cry...

Then a idea stuck it! It forgot it could shape shift! It quick transformed into a small mole and escaped through the earth. It popped up on the other side and felt very embarrassed. After all it was a god, how would others feel if they saw its pathetic actions.

After regaining its composure, its started to survey its surroundings. It then saw the humongous forms of the gods and the aftermath of their battle.

"Sh*t!", thought the mole as it quickly dug a another hole to hide. Snakes loved to eat little tiny rodents like it!

It closed its eyes and covered its head with its claws like a scared chick.

After waiting and quivering in fear, it noticed nothing happened. It opened one eye and then slowly opened the other as it sensed nothing was wrong. It then poked its head to look at the form of the 2 gods.

"Were they f*ucking?", thought the perverted mole. After all as a god who takes on the forms of animals, he should have some knowledge on some animal intercourse and it knew snake sex often looked a wriggling entanglement of yarn.

It then scraped the idea as it saw the wounds on their bodies, as it saw the frightful scene of one snake biteing the other, while the other was strangling it. The last expressions on their lifeless bodies gave it a chill.

It subconsciously changed into a fly and did't dare take on a bigger form. It slowly flew and landed on the corpses. It crawled around for a bit and turned into a snake as well.

"Hisss, what are these guys doing here?", asked the small snake to itself.

"Eh, aren't these high level gods?", exclaimed the small snake.

It slithered around and inspected their bodies, it was a nameless god and had zero connection to the outside world much less to other gods.

It was its first time meeting a god and it curiously slithered around in curiosity.

"Why were they fighting?", thought the little snake.

It soon grew bored of the topic and looked up at the sky.

"!!!!!!"

The usual normal blue sky is now a disarray of a rainbow, there where a few explosions here and there. It could faintly sense that other beings similar to the ones that just died near his cave where also fighting. The world was in chaos!

Seeing this the little snake realized the severity of the situation and quickly wiggled its body to hide a safe place to hide.

While the cowardly snake was busy looking for a hiding spot, the corpse of the goddess Gorgon shimmered and a little ball of energy flew towards the little worm for a snake god.

The body of the god Naga likewise did the same, but its ball of energy was black in color, and like wise headed towards the cowardly running god

Along with the departure of the energy ball, Gorgon's poison seemed to spread throughout both of her body and Nagas. The Little bits of grey areas that where just small patches quickly started to spread like wild fire and eventually turned everything into stone.

Once completely engulfed and fully turned into stone, their complicated bodes no longer behaved like organic beings.

They have truly died and almost as if it was to symbolize their eminent demise, the stone bodies crumbled and all that was left, was just a pile of stone.

Future mortals and being would pass by this pile of stone and think it was a mountain. Nobody would ever think it was the bodies of gods.

Perhaps because they where gods, they severed to be excellent fertilizer as vegetation and even wildlife could come to emerge from the pile of rocks and become a new habitat.

In particular there seems to a large population of 2 certain species of snakes that live there and compete for territory.....

This mountain eventually came to be known as a war ground for the two species and many would avoid it.

"Little one you are the key, never let them find you...", a faint voice softly muttered from somewhere...

"Tell my wife and kids that... that I'm sorry.", another soft voice said.

Too bad the the cowardly little worm didn't hear anything...
