Ultimately, Kuroko had fell in love with his captor, who was also his saviour. Akashi made sure Teiko would be the chain that Kuroko will return without fail. Kagami had felt the trepidation dawned on him after realizing that his dear friend Kuroko could never be able to fight for humanity.
