He does, in fact, work in a Volcano, apparently, there is an apparent inactive volcano that lies just outside the city limits. He comes home covered in soot and ash every day. Every single day, he walks outside the city limits, crawls through the empty lava tubes, and freezes any and all lava and molten rocks that he happens to stumble upon. This apparently is actually a fairly common job for those with stronger abilities. Keeping the volcano inactive increases the cold therefore increasing the abilities of the gifted.

     With the war between Theia and Leuthar growing ever so worse, the gifted need more power now more than ever.

     “I just want to do my share,” is what Simon claims to be his reason, and I guess I have no reason not to believe him… I still don’t understand why he took me in, it benefits him in absolutely no possible way.
