Mundane is the word mages in this world use for non-magic people.
Magi and Humanity hasn't had the best history in the past. I'm basing some of it on the witch hunts of Europe and witch trials in America.
Markus also doesn't like to say much. He must be pretty irked to string that set of sentences together.
