The market was lively, even without Sagion asking for something from ever store. that's not what bothered me, though. What bothered me, was that he didn't get any clothing, even though that's the reason we came, and I had to carry the animal that he chose. He was shedding, and he kept licking me. It was revolting. I wanted to throw the animal into cage, and send it back home. That was hard though, assuming that Sagion looked back and petted it every five minutes. The animal already seemed to love Sagion, but I don't think that it liked me. It bit me when I yelled at it, and it growled whenever I got too close to Sagion. And, after Sagion turned away, it would bite me again! Sagion had named it Eros, and I did not like it. Mainly, because I knew that Eros was Greek for love. I thought that it was funny, considering that the animal was evil, and I hated it. I had to bear with it though, and seeing Sagion smile was worth it. It was getting darker, and Aloe seemed agitated that Sagion hadn't gone into a clothing store. So, him, being the annoyingly little twerp he was, dragged the group to his favorite shop. It had mostly formal wear, and a lot of dresses. Sagion didn't seem too interested, and stayed around me.
"How about I choose where we go next?" Alia, our saving grace, offered after Aloe had chosen things for Sagion, Daisy, Alia, and himself of course.
"I would love that," Sagion said, probably having an interest in Alia's clothing style. Maybe because she had more of a sporty feel to her, and had a lot of jackets, t-shirts, and sweats. Little did he know, that that was just our training gear. Alia smiled, and dragged Sagion along excitedly.
We ended up in a girly shop, which didn't surprise me at all. Sagion, however, seemed surprised, and had given up on getting his way. Alia pushed a pastel purple skirt into his hands, along with a white crop top, and a black tank top.
"Go try it on!" Daisy urged. Even though she was blind, it was like she could see things. It was because of a potion we had made, it had healed her sight a bit, but she was still blind. She could only see something right in front of her, and if she were in a fight and someone attacked her from the side, she'd be done for. That's why we usually don't take her out on fights, and she doesn't seem bothered by it.
Aloe and Alia were urging him as well, and he looked to me with pleading eyes. I couldn't help but smirk, knowing that this was my chance to tease him.
"What are you waiting for, princess? Go try it on!" He glared at me as soon as the words left my mouth, and for some reason, I felt more triumphant than usual. He let out a huff, and stomped off to the dressing room. He has already been in there for half an hour, and everyone is growing impatient. Aloe had the least patience, and rushed into the dressing room. We all heard a high-pitched scream, which we have come to know as Aloe, and before we knew it, he had pushed Sagion out of the dressing room. Sagion had a deep blush, and hugged himself as if he was trying to shrink in on himself. I felt my face redden, and heard the girls and Aloe awe over how 'adorable' he was.
And I couldn't help but agree.
