The next day was not a such different from the previous one. Only that this time Mark called the school principal and told him he had to take care of his younger siblings because the babysitter wasn’t available for some days so he needed to stay home. The principal told him that he can stay home as long as he want and he will send Mark the projects for the final exams by mail. Mark is a good student, so the teachers trust him that he will learn his lessons even if he stay at home. And Mark never let them down. That is why Mark is always bullied at school.

Then Mark called at the bookshop and asked if he can take a few days off and they agreed because Mark haven’t take a single day off in three years except for holidays where everyone has free days. After he talked with the bookshop’s manager, he talked with the principal of the kindergarten who told Mark that he doesn’t have to come anymore to read for the kids, even if Mark was doing it for free for the kids with disabilities.The teacher that supposed read for the those kids and learn them to read had to stay home for an year and a half because of a sick relative and Mark replaced the teacher so the kids will continue to learn.

And finally, Mark called his boss from the salon telling him the truth that he had to help his triplets prepare for the future alpha’s party. The employees from the salon are all werewolfs from various packs. So he could be honest with them and trust everyone. But what he didn’t was to tell the little ones that he will stay home with them. He wanted to be a surprise. That’s why he called the principals and his bosses at seven in the morning.

Now Mark is waiting for the waffles to get ready for the three little hungry devils so he could go to wake them up. Today the triplets doesn't have school. Non of the pack’s students have school because everyone is preparing for Thomas’s birthday when their future alpha will find his mate or mates if he is lucky to have such a gift from the Moon Goddess. They say if the Moon Goddess gives you more then one mate, you are a lucky one and you’ll have a big lovely family.

Mark's P.o.v.

Waffles are finally ready, so I put them on the plates and leave them on the kitchen table. I go upstairs and open the door of LingMyn's room where they all fell asleep after they woke up last night from a bad dream and come to my room crying. I had to take them back to their room and stay with them until they fall asleep again without any nightmares.

I sit gently on the edge of the bed and wake them up by kissing their foreheads. „Wake up sleepy heads. It's time to eat.” I told them. They open their eyes and after they took a good look at who waked them up and conducted that it is me, they jumped in my arms. „Big brother!” Aww! They are so happy to see me.. That melts my heart! „Hehe. Thought there will be someone else waking you up?” I smiled at them. Shu on the other hand looked at me then at the clock on the wall, the again at me. „But you don’t have to be at work and Mr. Wilton to come and stay with us?” „No. I wanted to surprise you three. I have a few days free from school and work. So... Who wanna have fun today and go shopping for the event that is coming?” I asked them and the triplets start jumping on the bed.They took me in their arms and start to thank me that I’ll stay with them.

That broke my heart. I know that I don’t stay to much with them and that makes me shot myself in the head, but this.. This just makes me wanna cry. It’s makes me wanna cry and I want just to scream and beg the Moon Goddess to bring back my parents and pack. After they died I felt lonely and abandoned and didn’t know how I’ll take care of my siblings. Now I see that I’m hurting not just me but also them. I’ll stay with them those few days and we will have fun and we will spend all the time together because I want to show them that I’m here for them and I’ll always be here when they will need me. We don’t have anymore our family, but I want to show them that even if they don’t have parents, they still have a family.

After 5 minutes of joy and a pillow fight, I took them up in my arms and went with them to the kitchen. They were really glad to be with me at home and spend time together. But we will have to make our attack plans because today we go to the mall to look for gifts for Thomas and I have to find materials to make my gift for Thomas. I know he is knda mean with me but is his birthday and it’s a special one.

The kids finished their meals and went to change while I stayed downstairs to wash the dishes. But.. I feel a little strange.. As if I'm starting to feel sick. I started to have a nausea taste in my mouth and my stomach start to hurt. And I can’t take my pills because in the netx second I started to vomit in the sink until I felt something came out of me. I started to breathe little heavy so I went to drawer and took my pills. After I calmed down I whent back in the kitchen and look in the sink. I saw a lot of blood and a flower with black pollen and the petals a mix of pale red and blue ice. What should this mean..?

I washed the sink quickly and throw the flower in the trash because the children were ready to leave. I wiped my mouth and went to the door where the kids were waiting for me. We locked the door and got in the car to go to the mall. We arrived there in at last twenty minutes and when we got inside the mall they were already dragging me in all directions where they saw something nice to take for Thomas.

When we went to an interior decoration shop I saw a frame made of oak wood for photos. It seems like it calls me to buy i, and that's what I did. I bought it with a photo album and a set of mugs for couples that have in them some dices for adult games and other little stuffs also for those games from another store. The kids wanted to take more and more stuffs for Thomas, but after they found what they wanted, they told me and we buyed them.

After three hours of staying in the mall we decided to go home because was almost lunch time and I don’t want to feed my siblings junk food. They will have enough time to eat fastfood when they will be a little older and they will get out with their friend. So we got the gifts in the car and start heading back home. The way home was full with traffic because of an accident, but lucky, there was no injured people. We got home after a hour and we went directly in the house and I went to make the lunch because we were all tired and hungry. The kids were eating happily thinking about what they had taken for Thomas. But I, in the other hand, was thinking about what happened to me this morning. I have not seen this kind of flower until now. I don't know what it means, but if it's a sign of death, I hope I don't get it too soon. I don't want to abandon LingMyn, Shu and Jun befor they will get their mates. After they will find their mates and will be happy, then I can die being happy that they will be in good hands..

Author's P.o.v.

After they finished the meal and the children went to sleep a little, Mark started to make sketches for the children's clothes they would wear at the big party that is tomorrow. But as long as he makes the sketches, he thinks he would have liked his parents to be there and see their children growing up. He misses them very much and his whole pack. In front of the children he wants to look strong, but when he's alone, he let the tears that lies deep in his eyes to fall on his pale face. His heart start to ache just remembering the good old moments with his family. More and more tears went down on his cheeks, falling on one of his sketches. Observing that and knowing that he can't stop them,Mark decided to take a little break and go to make an other cup of coffee. He went to the kitchen and when he took the coffee jar out from a cabinet,the doorbell ringed.

Mark's P.o.v.

When I get to the door and look thou the viewfinder there was no one out there so I open the door and still don't see anyone in front of the door. „Aham. You look in the wrong way.” I jumped frightened, almost falling on my back. I looked on my left side and saw someone that I never thought that will come to my house. „A-Alpha Thomas?!” I bowed my head in no second because I’m still a little scared that he will kick me and my siblings out of here. „M-My apologize! W-What brings you here, alpha?”

He sigh and looked at me like he was disgusted by me „Even if I don't agree, my dad forced me to personally invite you to the party tomorrow night.” Adter he told me that I tryed to tell him that he didn’t have to do that because I know very well that I’m not welcomed there. At last not by Thomas. But then he put his hand on my mouth to shut me up. „You are invited, but only with a condition! Stay here until I come to bring you there! If I catch you coming into the pack’s territory before I come for you, I'll eat you alive!” I nooded being a little scared to reject him.

He took his hand off of my mouth and said goodbye before leaving. I thanked him for coming then I turned to get back in the house. „Mark?” I turn around and saw Thomas was in front of me. He was looking at me like he wanted to tell me something. But he turned to leave again. „Go and change. I'll come after you in half a hour and I'll send Oliver to stay with the little ones.” I tryed to ask him why but he just told me to get my ass back in the house and got in his car, leaving back to the pack. At that point I start to blush a little because he never told me something like that in such.. How to say it.. In such dominant way but still trying to sound like he doesn’t care. What could that supposed to mean?

Anyway, after he told me what to do and go home, Igot back in my house and closed the door. But still.. W-What the hell was that all about? W-Why does he want me to go with him? Did I do something wrong? Who knows.. Mabye he finally wanna kick me out and fool me about he wanting me at that party so I won’t suspect that he want to get rid of me.

I went to my room and change into a white blouse and I put on it a black hoodie, then I went into my kitchen and I wrote on a papper for the little once that I'm going out for a while and Oliver will come to take care of them. I put the ticket on the fridge. They know if they don’t find me in my room or in the kitchen that means I’m out and I left a note on the fridge. So they know mister Wilton or Oliver will come to stay with them.

I went back to my room and put my wallet, phone and pills in a little backpack, then got out of my room and went back down stairs to get my keys.After I got out of the house and lock up the door, lefting the spare key under the flower pot for Oliver to unlock the door, I saw that Alpha Thomas has not returned yet, so I sat on the rocking chair in front of the house and I waited for the alpha to return.

I waited like half an hour there and I started to feel sleepy. I tryed to stay awake but I falled asleep on the rocking chair. After everything in front my eyes black, I started to hear strange thinks. Like weird conversations thru many screams. „All of you will suffer untill I’l get what I supposed to have since I was born!” After that I hear screams like someone I know was trying to save someone, but then everything went silent and I hear again that strong and creepy voice saying „I’ll find your son and I’ll find my nephew. I’ll get what is mine and not your pack nor mine will stop me fron becoming a god!”

But suddenly that voice was replaced by a dominant male voice „M..rk.. Ma..k..!” I can’t hear it verry well, but is like the person who has that voice is next to me... „MARK!!” The next think I knew was that I've fall from the rocking chair and hit my head a little. It hurts very bad, but what surprised me is the pair of strong arms that gently lift me off the ground. When I open my eyes, my heart jumped in fear. Thomas is holding me in his arms! „Are you okay? You should be more careful. You could crack your head open!” he tryed not to yell at me and to help me get on my feets. „A-Alpha Thomas?! E-Excuse me! I'll be more careful next time!”

How can I be so stupid and make myself look like a fool in front of the alpha?! I can be more stupid than that?! Well yes because the next think I knew was that I felt his hands on my cheeks, moving my head left and right checking my head. „Come on. We have to go to the opposite side of the city.” He helped me to climb into his car and he started the car. While the car was moving, I was silent. I don't want to upset him much more than my presence alredy does and the idea that his parents are forcing him to invite me to his own birthday party I think is alredy killing his good mood. I understand. Who would want something dangerous near his pack and especially near his family and his future mate.
