Cardinal pov

I return to the Super Hero Organization of Technology. This is a place superheroes can to relax train and hang out with other supers. Before I can relax or even train my friend Galen walks up to me and he's mad at me for some reason.

Galen: Why'd you do it yesterday!

Cardinal: Do what?

Galen: You know idiot.

I'm taller than him I get in his face.

Cardinal: Are you going to calm down? Or do I have to remind you that you're the city's second strongest hero?

Galen: If you continue I won't save next time you do something stupid.

Cardinal: But you're gonna miss me when I'm dead.

Apparently that was his breaking point. He pushes me I hit the wall behind me and then the floor. I lay on the ground in pain as he walked away.

Cardinal: Friend?

Sebastian pov

I still can't believe I have powers maybe with superpowers I can stand up for myself.

I wanna go out I dressed up as a superhero last Halloween and still have the costume. Great! No one will recognize me. The costume includes a red domino mask purple shirt with sq logo purple pants and red cape.

Nighttime falls and I also discovered I could fly I easily make it to the top of some buildings and noticed some shady deal going down. I'm about to call the police when suddenly a man flys down to me. He's wearing a blood-red suit complete with a mask covering most of his face. It's The Cardinal this guys huge taller than my dad.

Cardinal: What are you doing here there could be danger.

He said as 8 ninjas surround us.

Cardinal: Today just isn't my day.

And like that, the fight begins

All of them rush at the Cardinal one of them jumps on his choking him another one grabs a katana and manages to slice through his stomach but still he punches and kicks all of them unconscious. I grabbed the one-off his back and punched him in the face he stayed down. The Cardinal covers his cut with his arm and turns to me.

Cardinal: You ok?

Sebastian: Yea but what about you didn't you get stabbed?

Cardinal: I'm fine trust me knives and bullets don't hurt me much.

I'm skeptical at first but he moves his arm and there's a cut in his shirt but no wound not a single trace of blood.

Sebastian: I'm a big fan.

Cardinal: Would you like an autograph? Here hold this.

He hands me a thin wooden plack and craves his name in it using his laser vision I just saw this guy take out 7 of 8 ninjas but that's really cool.

Cardinal: You know we worked great as a team I've spent 24 years as a superhero I'm not getting any younger.

Is he saying what I think he's saying will I really be his sidekick.

Cardinal: Would you like to join me.?

I'm very excited I'm freaking out internally but I manage to say yes.

Cardinal: Meet me here tomorrow

I think this one's a day late
