Sebastian pov

My dad is still looking at me. He's terrifying he's just tormenting me. And I what answers.

Cardinal: Today when I said I wouldn't hurt you. You didn't trust me. I want to know why.

Sebastian: Dad you slapped me.

Cardinal: I had to you. You disrespected me in front of that criminal.

I thought about saying something but im just going to think about what he said. Was I really disrespectful? Anyway, I better just let him talk or he'll hit me again.

Cardinal: I need you to respect me if I give you a command obey me say yes sir or I'll slap again.

Sebastian: Ok dad.

I have a sudden realization that I messed up. My dad is close to hitting me again. I quickly say.

Sebastian: Yes sir

Cardinal: You're doing fine how bout a few tests. Son follow me.

I followed him back to his office.

Cardinal: Now son pour me some coffee.

Sebastian: Yes sir.

I have to keep him from hurting me. I grab a cup fill it with coffee and put a lid on it. I hand it to my dad he takes a sip.

Cardinal: Its too fucking cold microwave it.

Sebastian: Yes sir.

He basically screamed at me now scared I'm actually shaking now. He slams the cup back in my hand.

Sebastian: Dad how long?

Cardinal: SHUT UP and do what I tell you.

30 seconds of microwaving later I hand the cup back to my dad he takes a sip.

Cardinal: It's still cold you useless idiot.

Sebastian: Please don't hurt me I can microwave it again.

He hurt my feelings and scared me again. I'm trying really hard not to cry cause then I'd get hurt. I take the lid off the cup. He lasers the coffee with his eyes and then drinks.

Cardinal: Now it's the right temperature but it tastes terrible. Ok, I'm done with it.

Cardinal: Now for the final test son Do you want to punch you?

There are literal tears on my face no I do not want to be punched. But he's making me say yes sir If I don't it may be worse. I just have to say.

Sebastian: Yes sir.

Cardinal: That wasn't a command but ok.

He tricked me he actually tricked me and now he gets to punch me. He pulls his fist back winds up for the punch then he fist moves faster than a car towards my face but all I felt was wind. He stopped his hand an inch from my face then he lightly tapped my shoulder.

Cardinal: Good job! I'll take you home. We'll wait until til night and then I'll take you fighting.

I stopped crying in the dried my tears again. Then he smiles at me.

Cardinal: See son I didn't hurt you.

I smiled back him then Todd walks in.

Galen: Matthew what have you done this time.

Without talking he lifts me up and flies out the window.

Missed a whole week because of another story sorry I fell off the planet.
