Sasha stayed the whole day and next night at the hospital with Miru.
Miru did pretty well. He took his medications and let the doctors ask him questions and inspect him. Well, as long as the doctors were female and didn’t touch him. Miru was scared of men and being touched by people in any way. Sasha found this out quickly, and it made sense. All the people that abused Miru were men, and all the men Miru had ever met had abused him in some way. Even the poor boys own father.
Miru had told his entire life story, though Sasha could tell it was hard for him. He was diagnosed with PTSD. Miru didn’t go into detail, because it was hard for him to talk or think about his past. But he did tell about his family. His family was normal, until he was about 10. His dad drank too much, but it wasn’t a problem until his mom died of cancer. Then Mirus dad became unstable. He became a raging alcoholic, and a couple times took his anger out on Miru. Miru was tough through it, and forgave his dad. His father treated him very well most of the time.
And then, mirus father discovered his son was gay. Any love or respect for Miru was gone. In his father’s eyes, Miru was a disgusting, worthless, mistake. In a drunk rage, mirus father took him to the underground prostitution ring, claiming that was all Miru was good for. Miru didn’t see his father since. At less than 12 years old, Miru was trapped and abused. He had no escape for over seven years.
Sasha was stricken by mirus story. He completely understood why Miru became a nervous reck in the presence of a male and flinched away from human touch. Expect for one thing. Sasha. Miru clung to Sasha like a wet dog. Sasha was the only one Miru would open up to, the only one he trusted. Miru could only sleep when Sasha was nearby. Not only was Sasha male, he was a figure of authority. What made Miru trust Sasha so much?
