Therapy has been such a major help in my life! It's put things into words that I never could, and I'm able to heal from a lot of past things. So if you're on the fence about going to Therapy, I strongly recommend it. (With a good therapist)
If therapy literally reminds you how miserable you feel than nothing is really being helped and you are waiting your time, I seriously do not get the point of therapy but whatever floats your boat
