tears are pouring down like the harsh reality of virtue
& disgrace in this bitter symphony that the stars are playing,
where only you can hear the rain pounding away at the beat of your broken soul
& this heart can no longer beat bc it's lost its drummer.
but alas, alas
there it goes & here it comes
where life itself
is nothing but a misfortune
where one wins & one loses
& death but the ultimate bachelor
looking for Lady Luck
to strike at those
who come unseen,
who've lost their wicked touch at wicked ways
who have nothing left to save
but their disdain.
"Keep marching!" they say
but you steady yourself & hesitate
you belong to this orchestra
you're waiting
for your maestro
to play your last song...
it's nothing more but a bittersweet symphony
These are a small collection of poems, short stories, or what could have been novels, that I have written since '06. & now after more a decade, I've decided to share them all with you. Looking back, some stuff will be cringy to read lol...it's all an emotional rollercoaster, but hopefully you'll have fun with it, like I have, but in the meant time, enjoy my awkward queer weird self, as I go thru my journey of just plain awkwardness, & learning to heal, letting go, & moving forward, with life.
