Due to being the child of two original decks, my sister and I always had to do our best to leave our mark on the world since two people of the same sign can never exist and after becoming orphans from birth our aunt and uncle decided to take us in and raise us as their own. Our aunt, Willow was the sister of our mother who was a diamond she knew how powerful and dangerous my sister and I could be so she did her best to teach us about our power. Our parents left us twin blades that are chained together for my sister and for me there were twin shurikens they were called tersui. Both of these specially belonged to our parents they were made to help control their powers. Our parents have also left us two diaries of their lives and all we need to know about our powers. Aunt Willow only gave us three rules one to never trust any other symbol other than the joker, two is to have our tersui on us always thankfully they become accessories for me two bracelets and for my sister, Akira they became a chain necklace, the third and final rule was to never forget that our family loved us.

Three years later so when I was about six I was hit by a car and was in a coma for about two months, Akira had kept on crying and saying it was her fault that she couldn't protect me, but I never thought it was her fault since we were young and I was the one who didn't pay attention. Even so, Akira had sworn to herself that she would always protect me no matter what happens, and then she got a knife and on her shoulder, she outlined a diamond to seal her vow of protecting me forever. I had woken up two months after that to Akira all red-eyed from crying and when she saw me wake up she jumped on me, at that moment I promised myself that I would make sure Akira never cried because then I saw her all teary-eyed it broke my heart.

We had started school a few months later, Akira and I have a natural gift of confidence as I present myself a boy in the back who was all beaten up caught my eye but what caught my eye most of all was the circle with a black star in it I realized that he was the descendant card of the joker. Which surprised me since I had never seen another descendant other than my sister and me. I had decided to sit down next to him, at first, he looked up surprised that Akira and I had sat next to him. I introduced myself, Akari and my sister. As he introduced himself as Quinn, I realized that I had made my first real friend other than my sister. Excitedly I jumped up and hugged him, Quinn shocked fell back taking him down with him, I laid on him for a second before I realized what was doing on so I quickly had sat up helping him up and apologized. He said it was fine and so he asked me and Akira if they wanted to be friends, I and Akira quickly replied yes, Just as the teacher told us to sit down and be quiet. I could tell that Quinn and we will be the best of friends.
