one week later.
"Whoa, what is that" stepping out of the forest Bob's eyes widened before him lay vast fields of wheat rolling hills and what surprised him the most elves. Never before had he seen anything like them they were tall with pointed years and strange garments wrapped around there bodies made not from plants but what appeared to be animal hide. A queazy feeling filled his stomach in the haven all clothing had been made from plants and he had never seen an animal die let alone one that had been turned into clothing, still he didn't have much of a choice if he didn't want to live in the forest for all eternity "well I suppose vicious murderers would make better friends then a tree I might just go made with all this self chatter."
Flying through the fields he searched for an elf that didn't appear to terribly busy after all he didn't want to be a nuisance. eventually, he crossed paths with a funny smelling man with a bright red face surrounded by bottle who appeared to be having a very fierce argument with a barrel. Well, he must be very lonely Bob thought smiling I am sure he would love to be friends. Bob was not wrong but he certainly wasn't right as with most things. In fact, if he had gone to school he would have gotten 50% on almost every assignment.
"Hello, there future best buddy" bob announced landing at the stranger's feet. the man stopped in incoherent mumbling turning towards the fairy. Before leaping up in shock.
"a fairy?" he whispered just under his breath Bob's dull brown eyes stared back up at him. "Dear Gods it's a fairy" Grabbing Bob by his hair he stuffed him inside an old sack dancing in a circle the drunk hooped and hollered " am rich am rich I'll never halv to work again" And with that, he sprinted into town crawled beneath a shipment of wheat and hitched a ride straight to the capital.
"Is this some sort of elven friendship ritual?.... It's kinda fun are we best friends now? and Bob had someone to talk to the whole way there.
