Famous business man through out the world and no.1 in city Y who is non other than Huang Jin Ye. He contributes 40% of his income to the charities.Till date he doesn't loose any Tenders and quotations in building contracts. No body dares to disobey his rules or tries to mess up with him.whoever comes in his way he never shows mercy towards them.

Ye also has other side where he is the head of underground group Red dragon. He deals most of the cases in his base. He is brutal to those who betrays him.
