Touru's POV

Fourth day of class which is also the Last day of the week since the school year had begun and the seat in front of me is still vacant. The person that was supposed to be sitting there can’t attend the class due to some personal reasons. I heard that he was at the Entrance ceremony and I think he was the person who fainted during the Ceremony.

During Lunch I went to the cafeteria and bought some bread with Nagisa, Hibiki and Tatsuo. They’re my friends since Elementary, especially Tatsuo we’re childhood friends and we literally live next to each other. Unfortunately Tatsuo was separated with us, he's in the second section.

Our school class sections doesn't base on students grades its just practically random.

“Hey guys, I’ll just.. go at the back and gonna feed Hikaru.” I said..

“Hmm.. ‘Kay .. we’ll go ahead.” Nagisa replied and chomp on his bread.

“Mm..”

Hikaru is a stray cat. I found him during p.e in junior high, when I found him he was still a kitten and he was so dirty. That time I decided to skip p.e, took him to the Rest room and gave him a bath. I gave him a name and fed him after. I’ve been taking care of him since then.

“Wswswsws.. Hikaruu~” I call him as I open the can of cat food and the water bottle I bought, and put some on his bowl. I heard a rustle in one of the bushes and after a few sec Hikaru’s head pop out.

“Meow~”.. I pick him up and asked

“How have you been?” I pet him cupped his face and brushes my nose against his.., he meowed, I put him down and he head towards his food. I watched him eat, and decided to open my Soba Bread. After a few minutes I pet Hikaru again and said “Bye bye.~”

After feeding Hikaru I head to the roof top where the others are eating. Since junior high we spend most of our time at the roof top during lunch or whenever we feel like to. As I was getting near the door I heard Nagisa laugh, I’ve been wondering how the teachers didn’t notice us all this time.

I open the door and “Yow~” I raised my hand and greet them..

“Mmrmmff..” Nagisa looked at me and replied while chewing. I walked towards them, I saw Tatsuo quietly eating, while Hibiki’s busy with his phone. I sat next to Hibiki and tried to look what’s he doing on his phone. Nagisa suddenly speak

“Say.. lesh go t..o cherwwy blowssom viewing afta sh..cool !..” he said while chewing..

“Ohh.. yeah, todays the first bloom right?” Hibiki raised his head and asked back.

“ Mnn..” .. he replied

“Stop talking and chew your food first” Tatsuo said and wiped Nagisa’s cheek. Tatsuo's like a mom and Nagisa's his child he spoil so much lol.

After a few minutes the bell rang and we went back to our classrooms. The time passed by and it’s already the last period.

“I know most of you guys want to watch the Cherry Blossom viewing for the first bloom this year, so in a few minutes I’ll dismiss you.” She said.

Here in our school there are a few cherry blossom trees located at the gate of the school, and one at the back. Surprisingly students don’t usually go there. Just like what our teacher said she dismissed us 30 minutes early, same goes with Tatsuo’s class. We all went Home together and decided to meet at Shujigaoka Park entrance before 7 pm.

Tatsuo and I were already in front of our house gates. I looked at him and said

“I’ll send you a text when I'm ready” He turn his head and replied

“ Mnn..” and he entered their house. I also went inside our house.

“I'm Home” I shouted as I enter the house. I head to the living room to see them.

Mom, “Oh.. you’re back! Welcome home~”

“Welcome Home Nii-chan” Fumi Greet me and hugged my legs.. I bend over and pat her head

“Mnn.. Have you been a good girl?”..

“Yes!” She claim, raised her hand and jump, I chuckled and head to the kitchen to see mom.

“Mom~ ..” I called her.

“Mnm?.. What is it?”

“I’ll be going to the cherry blossom viewing with Tatsuo and the others, so.. I’ll be eating outside.”

“Ehh~ is that so? .. Mnmm.” She said and put her hand on her cheek ..

“Mnnm.. Just don’t go home late okay?” she approved. I kissed her cheek as a thank you and head to my room.

After changing I texted Tatsuo and informed him that I’ll be out in a minute. I just wore a simple shirt, ripped jeans, and a jacket around my waist. As I go down the stairs I almost bump to my little brother Kaito.

“Oh.. Nii-san, goin’ out?” he turn to me raised his head and asked.

“Mnnm yeah..” I replied and ruffle his hair

“Hey.. ! Ack ! stop messing my hair! Argghh !” he protest while trying to stop my hand.

“AHAHHA” I laughed gave him a head lock and brought him with me to the living room.

"Ahh! Let me goo ! Nii-san! Ahhh! Touru-Nii let goooo alreadyyy!!” he continue to protest while struggling to break free while I continue to laugh and said

“Mom ! I’ll be heading out”

“Okay.. take care~” and I finally released Kaito. As I was about to go out of the living room,

“Ack!” I groan and turn around, Kaito punched me on my waist. I looked at him, he put his finger under his right eye and stick his tongue out “Blehh!”

I just chuckled

As I open the door I saw Tatsuo standing in front of our gate, He’s wearing simple long sleeves shirt, sweat pant, and sneakers. I approached him and said , “Let’s go.”
