“Mr. Himura, you’ll find your room here.”
Jenny brought his attention back to her, and it was probably for the best as he might have been starring like a moron at the other guy. Now there were some papers on the top of the desk and she was pointing at something on a map with her red pen. She dropped the pen on the map, and started to look for something behind her desk.
“And how can I help you, Mr. Santilian?” she asked softly from behind the desk.
“I was just wondering where my class will meet up?” the guy next to him asked.
Sora felt an urge to ask him which class he was in, but got a feeling that the guy was a bit shy. He was curious about the other students, but this Santilian-guy had an aura that made Sora take a step back as he didn’t want the guy to feel cornered.
“Senior students in art and music? Then both of you will meet up at the big auditorium next to the classroom for music”, Jenny said.
She reached up and put a key on top of the papers, and nodded at Sora. He took his papers and key, before nodding back at her. The auditorium next to music? Okay.
“Thank you”, he said, took his suitcase and left.
Sora’s dorm room was on the second floor of the west wing. Room number 14. He knocked on the door when he got there, and pulled on the handle. It was locked. He unlocked and stepped inside. To the right was a shoestand and some hooks, already with some shoes and jackets on. It must have been his roommate who had put them there, and everything was put in its right place in a tidy manner. His eyes turned to the left, to find the door to the bathroom open. And in front of him was a big room.
“Hello?” he said out loud.
He was met with silence. The thoughts about who this Aoi Koizumi was came back to him, because his roommate wasn’t in the room anymore. His eyes went back to the things by the door. Most of the shoes were the kind every other guy would wear, but there were some that was a bit more girly in style. He grabbed the fabric of a black coat just to have a better look, and it was a girl’s coat. Did Aoi have friends with him? A female friend? Sora sighed.
He kicked off his shoes, put them on the shoestand and took his suitcase with him into the room. Their bedroom had a small kitchenette, and on each side of the room was a bed with a small table next to it and two wardrobes. Which side Aoi had picked wasn’t hard to tell, as one bed was already made. A light blue suitcase was standing next to the wardrobes on that side of the room, and Sora just smiled at it.
