He escorted him out of my evil sister billionaire Donna's royal master bedroom recently. 

Return back to 702 Liberty Lane Seville house... "Be quiet. Follow me," Josh. My tiny pal Dave Seville whispered to a baby chimpanzee Josh recently. "Absolutely." He replied. 

In the chipmunks' room... "I will call my normal-size buddy Dionne now. Remember stay in and be quiet," Josh? "Of course." He obeyed him. 

Outside of the white door in the hallway... "Dionne, I think you come here and take a look at this." My tiny pal Dave Seville contracts his normal-size ten years old buddy African American little girl by his blue cellphone now. "Sighs. I will be there," Little Mr. Seville. She called him by her pink cellphone from the next door. 

Since at the front red door of 702 Liberty Lane Seville house... "Hello Dionne, What are you doing here?" "Um... I just helping my tiny pal Dave on his homework arithmetic now," Mr. Alvin.
