“What… is this stat? Do people in this world even reach this level?” I muttered, eyes scanning my updated numbers.
‘Host achievements from past events recognized. Extra stats granted for all specifications. Pact monsters and loved beauties will receive upgrades as the host levels up.’
“…Is this system… bugged? Did some virus infect it?” My power had surged uncontrollably, and I had no idea where to test it—or what time it was outside.
“System! How do I exit from here?”
‘…’
“Hey!”
‘Host only needs to imagine a door or passage leading to a desired location.’
“Ah, okay!” I visualized my bedroom before the system trial. Instantly, I returned — it was still 9 a.m.
I walked to the kitchen. Mom was cooking as always. Dad was training outside. My twin sister was practicing magic. The two girls who had trained for two months were still meditating in the guest room. Raschidiya was deep in concentration; Cristy hesitated to stand. Hmm… maybe she was intimidated by Raschidiya.
“Hey, ladies! Come, we’ll eat. After that, we’ll head out ^_^”
Both girls rose but stayed silent around each other — tension still hung.
“My Lord, I can eat later,” Cristy offered timidly.
“No. All of us eat together ^_^” I smiled.
“Mr. Yan… I feel like—” Ugh, why do all girls have this attitude? sigh Never mind.
“No, don’t call me Mr. Yan. My parents might misunderstand. I’m not that old ^_^”
“O-okay,” Cristy replied softly.
We sat. My sister Blake tilted her head, curiosity in her eyes.
“Hey, Kuya! Who are they? Why didn’t you introduce them?”
Oh no, I completely forgot. I turned toward the girls, noticing their hesitation — clearly waiting for me.
“Ahem!” I cleared my throat.
“Mom, Dad, these are Cristy and Raschidiya, friends visiting from their homeland.”
I avoided the truth — I couldn’t risk them knowing where the girls came from. My sisters’ semi-deity perception already noticed Raschidiya’s small wings and Cristy’s single horn, even if concealed. Thankfully, I’d given them proper clothes.
“Son, treat them well—they came from the continental capital, right?” Dad’s intuition caught me lying. Haha… thanks, I guess.
“Yes, Dad. I’ll provide everything they need,” I responded.
Mom asked, “Going to the capital, son?”
“Yes, I’ll leave today, but don’t worry. I’ll be back immediately ^_^”
Inside, I smiled. The real target? The remaining 39 demon troops. One was already destroyed.
“Be careful, son. I know you’re strong, but still…” Mom warned. I hugged her, keeping my teleportation ability discreet.
“Let’s eat, everyone.”
Somewhere in the 6th Dimension — Elven Land
“Princess! Hide! Demons are attacking!” an elf yelled.
“No! I, the Elven Princess, will not abandon my soldiers. If they die, I die! We’ll face this together!”
“YOU! COME WITH ME! I am one of the Ten Demon Generals of the Lie Apostles. You will be offered to the Supreme Demon Lord! Come… or your brethren die!”
“I WILL NOT! By the Elven Kingdom and my royal blood, I will never surrender!”
“No, Princess! Don’t let them capture you!” a knight shouted.
“Take care of my family BOOM!”
“PRINCESSSS!!! YOU DEMON!!!”
“BRING HER BACK NOW!” another demon screamed.
“AS IF!” The knight swung his blade, cutting through demons.
“Retreat. The prey escaped. Search quickly. She used teleportation once — she has no other escape route!” the general commanded.
“Yes, General,” the demons responded.
“AS IF I LET YOU ESCAPE, DEMON!” The knight shouted, striking again.
Earthly World — Yanyan Prepares
“Come, let’s begin our journey to destroy the demon troops!”
“Yes, my Lord,” the girls responded.
“You too, Raschidiya, come ^_^” I held their hands.
“6th Dimension — Elven Land. Make a path.”
System Prompt: Only the host can create paths across dimensions.
Good. Cristy’s intel on demon troop movements and Raschidiya’s knowledge of the Elven realm will make this mission smoother.
‘System Prompt: Portal to Elven Dimension now open. Host, please proceed.’
