They became friends but every time she was with Mohammed she felt a rush in her heart. She didn't know what it was. But he felt the same way. Elain became happy once again and made new memories with Mohammed. All of her summer break was just with him and no one else. She didn't see her brother after a while. He was with his girlfriend on a trip to get his mind off of the death of there mother. Not to long after he came back happy and never talked about mother. Elain thought it was for the best. They became happy again and that is all she wanted. But one day something terrible happened... an accident with her brother.
He was in a terrible crash and Elain visited him everyday for weeks waiting patiently for him to heal but he started to get worse. One day he had died on the hospital bed the cold room that smelled like doctors soap and new gloves. The place that dull and not home. Cold and alone. She did not get to say goodbye but then once again lost someone close to her that she loved. She wished and wondered, talked to herself many times. She thought she was going crazy. She asked Mohammed to come by her home.
He then knocked on the door. Walked to her room and slid down her door arms around his legs. And started crying with her. He felt like he lost his family again. It was painful his heart felt heavy and his body felt heavy. He was shaking and he did not know how to deal with the sadness. He did not want to feel this way but he could not stop the feeling. So he sat there in tears on his cold shiny red skin. He put up his head and the tears kept coming. His smile turned into a frown and his hands were on his cheeks trying to stop the tears but he couldn't so he let them fall down his face. He then looked at Elain and stopped, he tried to comfort her. Held her on the floor and stayed there. He told her, "I will always be here for you whenever you need me. Just call me and tell me when you need me i will be there to help you get through everything. I promise." She then looked at him, tears still falling down her face. "Thank you for staying with me. I just don't want them to leave me. I can't be alone. I don't want to be." He grabbed her hands and looked at her with his cold eyes, "I am here you're not alone. You never will be ill be here everyday. Every step of the sadness I'll be here to help you. Even when it hurts so bad you don't want to talk I will be here."She smiled and hugged him hard. He then had to go home. He walked to his front door and waited like someone was going to open it for him. He opened it then closed the door behind him. He locked it, walked to his room, closed his door and slid down the wall. Put his hand on his head and the other on his face and started crying. He cried so hard his body was shaking from head to toe and he couldn't stop.
Mohammed woke up on the floor. His cheeks were rosy and he was very depressed. His eyes were puffy, and he was still shaking. He missed his family so much. He couldn't handle the sadness that he was going through. Just with a girl he met over the summer. He felt like he wanted to give her the world because she lost everything. Just like he did.
He calls Elain… She doesn't answer. He runs to her house with tears in his eyes. He starts to become out of breath. His mind becomes clouded with all these thoughts. "Is she trying to kill herself? Is she going to leave me like everyone else. What is happening. Is she okay?" He then stops in front of her house. And she has all her stuff packed in front of it like a garage sale but covered. She yells, "MOHAMMED COME HERE AND HELP ME." He walks to her out of breath still. Then he stops in front of her and catches his breath then he asks, "why didn't you answer my phone call?" "sorry my phone is in the house." she says smiling, "I'm getting rid of their stuff and I'm going to make room so you can stay in my house." Mohammed starts to smile. Thank goodness he thinks to himself. I don't know what I would've done if I lost her.
