(y/n) POV

As you saw Hannah start to shake and tear up you slowly intertwined your fingers with hers and as you did you saw Sensei approach you two and place his hand on her shoulder showing that he also saw her distress. Aizawa then pointed to two empty desks one towards the front of the class and one at the back he then told you that yours is at the front so as you and Hannah started moving you gave her one last gently squeeze and she squeezed back for re-assurance and you knew that she would be okay just by that.

Aizawa: ok I'm tired and I'm going to sleep you guys will have a free period to get to know your new classmates.

class 1-A (except Bakugou, Todoroki, and soji): yay!!!

as you sat down a blonde boy stared at you from the side and then spoke up

Aoyama: Hello Mademoiselle

(y/n): hello

he handed out his hand for what you thought was a handshake so you handed out yours but was shocked when he kissed your hand and spoke a phrase you didn't recognize

Aoyama: Tu es belle Mais Tu pourrais utiliser un peu de paillettes

flushed you said

(y/n): what does that mean

the then winked at you then turned back to his book that was sitting on his desk.

As your brain trie to process what just happened and a new silhouette appeared in front of your desk and held out her pink hand exclaiming

Mina: Hiya nice to meet you I'm Mina, Mina Ashido

(y/n): Hi it's nice to meet you to

Mina then hushed her voice a bit and asked

Mina: is um..... Hannah? okay?

(y/n): yeah she's okay.... you should go talk to her you guys would make good friends.

you were never one for having lots of friends and being very extroverted you left all of that up to Hannah.

(Flashback)

it was an autumn day and you were enjoying your favorite book (f/b) by a tree during recess in kindergarten when you noticed a bunch of shadows looming over you

bully #1: aw look at em there so lonely he pathetic

bully #2: aw it would be terrible if their precious book got ruined

bully #3 very much so

Then one of the bullies picked up the book this threw it on the ground setting it on fire with his quirk. you were about to speak up when you heard a voice coming up from behind them

BBY Hannah: LEAVE THEM ALONE

as you looked up you saw a small girl with red unruly hair somewhat floating around her form with a mind of it's own

bully #1: or what? what are you gonna do about it?

just as he finished his sentence a roughly shaped concrete dog attacked him clawing at his shirt until you heard him start crying

Hannah: Fido stop

Hannah then snapped her fingers and the dog crumbled into pebbles. At this point, the other 2 bullies ran off. She then walked up to him and picked him up by the shirt and turned him toward me and told him to apologize in a surprisingly calm tone

bully #1: f-fine i-im s-sorry now let me go

Hannah: I can't hear you, you little sh-

he then broke down into tears crying and saying I'm sorry over and over again until she let go and let him run away. The girl that had just saved you from humiliation then reached out her hand to you and said in the sweetest voice possible

Hannah: Are you alright

(y/n): yes i-im okay

Hannah: good

she then pulled out a book from seemingly nowhere and a pencil from behind her ear and asked you

Hannah: What was the name of the book you were reading?

(y/n): *shocked*_______

she then started drawing with a toothy grin across her face wich you studied for a minute looking at her freckles, how her hair fell around the heart-shaped face and beautiful aqua eyes that you lost yourself in them for a minute almost starting to drown and then you heard a faint hello and then another then you saw a hand snapping in front of your face and it brought you out of your trance

Hannah: hellooooo

you uttered out

(y/n): oh i-I'm sorry...

as you became more flushed

Hannah: Hannah I'm Hannah

she said as handing a brand new copy of your favorite book to you, you took the book and responded

(y/n): I'm _______ nice to meet you
