For the first time she hadn't had nightmares, she hadn't even dreamed, she just opened my eyes and it was daytime. She felt a great weight had been lifted off her.
Despite the long sleep, Luna woke up with a severe headache, she was a little dizzy, and her heart rate quickened it was not a pleasant sensation, boom! Boom! Boom! She felt that at any moment the heart would go out of her throat, and she didn't see Gabriela Beatriz anywhere. Luna decided to rest until she calmed down. She slept more than eight hours but still felt sleepy. What happened to her?
"Beatriz?" - No one answered. Suddenly Luna began to feel nervous, she touched her neck. She didn't had her quartz necklace. It is true! He had given it to Beatriz, and left it in a box. Beyond it was the wooden box, but there was no sign of Beatriz. What should she do? Wait for her? She honestly had no idea.
The hours passed and she didn't come, she was hungry but she didn't see any wood nearby to make a fire. She decided to eat a fruit. She walked all over the residence but there was no sign of Beatriz, maybe she went out to do some errand? She was worried, or maybe she felt guilty about last night? Wasn't that part of the ritual? Maybe the people of the Inquisition came to the scene?
It was practically impossible, she was in the middle of nowhere. Shewalked back and forth to clear herself, this was so frustrating. Until at last she decided to look for her, but she couldn't go alone, she needed her amulet. She went to the wooden box and her surprise was great when she didn't find the quartz, instead there was a letter for Luna, it said, but "I am Diana", although at the moment she was seriously thinking of changing alias.
The letter said the following:
----------------------
"Dear Luna:
Excuse me for what I did, you surely hate me. I won't let you be part of the revolution, I want you to live. When you told me about Diana, I remembered that I once knew someone who was called that, she was a witch, they called her "The Witch of the Wind" ... the quartz was the same as yours, green in color with white shades. I never related them but while reading my brother's letter and knowing about the episode in the Inquisition, I was able to tie up dots. You cannot die in this war of men. Nor should anyone take advantage of your power. Between all these meaningless battles your power could easily end them. As you could also end up at the stake. If after this you still want to join, I think I taught you enough about fencing. But please don't follow me.
Best wishes.
Gabriela Beatriz
PS: The quartz will be in a safe place. ”

Well, that was something new, she definitely had to find her. It seems like she met her mother, maybe. And that was a taboo subject in her house, she once heard that she died burned, but she never heard of it again. Her father cared about her a lot, but sometimes she felt that he had a kind of resentment towards her mother. If what Beatriz said was true then it could now be better explained why she had spent so much time practically locked in her house. It was time to get to know the city.
She took the sword with which she trained and looked for something that will help her go unnoticed, she found an apron, she could pose as a courtesan's maid if he was stopped by a soldier. It made sense, didn't it?
Without having the slightest idea of what to do, she decided the most practical thing, she would meet with the only person who had any connection with Beatriz, Hippolytus.
