The Crystal Gem B-Team flew out of the Diamond Mech into Homeworld, which was bustling with gems of every kind. It was magnificient, but the gems were too consumed with grief to admire the view. Bismuth's face was screwed up, Peridot was in tears, Connie looked dead inside, and Lapis' hands were clenched into fists. They flew for a while, their heads down, thinking of their friend's fates. Lapis was the first to snap out of it, asking, 'What now? How do we get off this forsaken planet? We can't operate the leg shop without Steven, and I doubt that we could get past the guards to steal a ship.' Connie heard, and deduced, 'Why don't we use a Galaxy Warp then? There must be one on Earth, as it was Pink's colony!' Bismuth then said, 'Connie, the Crystal Gems must have destroyed each and every of of the Galaxy Warps to prevent Homeworld from getting to them!' Peri then chimed in, saying, 'No! There's still one!' The others looked at her, baffled. She continued, 'The one Garnet smashed, I fixed it! Due to my immense amount of knowledge, I used the liquid from my robonoids to fix the Galaxy Warp!' Connie yelped with joy after hearing her words, 'So we have a way to get back! But wait, where can we find a Galaxy Warp here?' Bismuth saw a Warp Pad beside a launch bay, and pointed at it. They landed beside the Warp, and Bismuth, being the expert she was, deduced the Warp Pad is in fact a Galaxy Warp. The team grinned for a moment, but the thought of them having to tell Greg what had happened to Steven wiped them off their faces. They stepped on the Warp, and warped back to Earth.
