Soo hi. Everyone is probably self-quarantined at this moment because of coronavirus. I understand it's scary, especially for the people who have lost their jobs due to self- quarantine. I hope you guys are able to survive these days with your family.
With all of that said, I would also like to urge you guys to make the most out of this time at home. We all have a bit more time for ourselves. We can either use that to our advantage, or choose to sit around and consume media in the efforts to speed up time and get the self-isolation over with. I do not judge you either way whichever you choose for yourself. However, if you are like me who wish to make a difference in the world, or if you are someone who wishes you were more productive or motivated, this is the right time for you to start on a habit you have been putting off.
Maybe you want to exercise everyday, or maybe you want to write everyday. This is the right time to start doing it. Just around 10 minutes or 30 minutes of doing it would be enough a day. When you're getting started on developing a habit, your main priority should be to keep that habit. It's easier to keep up with a habit if the goal is easy. Then, once that habit had been ingrained in you, feel free to bump up your goals everyday.
