It was a new day,everyone knew about METs. And they put whatever in the pockets. Weapons Tomoe got them,snacks,schoolwork,snacks,games,snacks and por-pictures.

Everyone was finally excited for school. The days would be split up as,regular school during regular subjects and gym -and recess if the students want it- would learn magic.

  "Your first magical affinity is affected by surroundings and experiences."

  "Then what was your first affinity,Tomo?" asked Shuichiro. Kurogame and the Yakuza 4 chuckled at the name 'Tomo'. And Shizu choked on her Coke.

  "Water."

  "And what was that affected by?"

  "It was either the Princess or my siblings."

  "Siblings?" asked Soma.

  "Princess?" asked Otome.

  "Where I come from there's a monarchy system. My family were good friends with the royal family."

  "Wait,but how?" asked Feta not buying anything Tomoe is saying.

  "I have 3 younger siblings,2 of them girls and 1 of them a baby boy."

  "I also have a younger brother!" said Soma.

  "DON'T IGNORE ME!" said Feta trying to do her best impression of an air-horn.

  "So what do your siblings have to do with it? Not enough money?" asked Nami.

  "Kinda. My mom was at work most of the time and my older brother was in another country so I had to hold down the fort most of the time."

  "Your dad?" asked Shuichiro.

  "Dead."

  "Oh...You must mean he's dead to you,right? Like he left you at a young age?" said Otome trying to make sense of the situation.

  "He technically did. He was executed when I was 9 and when my sisters were 5."

  "Was he a criminal?" asked Futaba.

  "No,not at all. It was...an accident on my dad's part. I hold no anger or resentment against my dad or the people who killed him."

The class was silent for a while until Otome tried to say, "Sorr-"

  "Tell me. What are you sorry for? Did you kill my dad?"

  "No! I'm sorry for bringing i-"

  "You have nothing to say sorry for. The only time to say sorry is when you did something wrong and you know that you did it. You didn't know about my dad's death,and learned about it. Nothing less. Nothing more."

  "...Tomoe..."

  "Now! Let's start Magic class,shall we?"

  "To activate magic is extremely hard. You've actually already passed the first step by activating your METs." said Tomoe.

  "Really? Does that mean I invade a castle and hide in it for a few centuries?" asked Danye.

  "No. Even the tiniest bit of magic can activate your METs. The reason I was able to make them into METs is mostly because it was absorbing a bunch of my magic. It's actually absorbing your magic right now."

After hearing that,everyone looked at their MET and thought, "This is absorbing my magic?"

  "One more thing!" Everyone looked at Tomoe when they heard that. "Magic can't give you eternal life. In some cases -having a bunch of affinities- it actually shortens your life."

  "REALLY?!!?" shouted everyone at the same time.

  "The only way to get eternal life that I can think of is signing a contract with a demon but other than that,nothing."

The class was silent but Kurogame went up to Tomoe and asked, "Are they cute?"

  "You want to know how Devil-contracts work?"

  "You didn't answer my question!"

  "Most are cute. Though it really matters on your definition."

All the boys -except Otome- looked happy. Until the girls gave the type of stare that could send you to the hospital. Which it almost did. To Otome.

   "Oi!Otome,you okay?" asked Tomoe slapping the face of an Otome that just fell.

  "Y-yeah..."

  "Well,that's good. Anyway,try not to make contracts,their rigged. Plus the only reason they look like that is to seduce you."

  "So everyone,I'm gonna force the magic out of you."

  "Force?" asked Futaba.

  "Mmhmm. It takes an unknown amount of time for someone to start using magic. Especially affinity-typed magic."

  "Affinity-typed magic? There's more than the basic seven?" asked Otome.

  "Oh. I didn't tell you. There's affinty 0. Also knows as Pure magic. Basically..." Tomoe then stuck his hand out and everyone saw this liquid coming out of him.

It was turning into the shape of a bullet and then turned solid. "Futaba,your weapon's a gun right?" said Tomoe while yawning making everyone else also yawn.

"Umm,yeah?" replied Futaba while yawning.

"You've also had shooting prac-" Tomoe was interrupted by Feta hitting him on the head. "WHAT WAS THAT FOR-"

"IT WAS FOR MAKING ME YAW-"

"Eh,I don't care that much." Feta was ecstatic. "So Futaba,try using this bullet."

  Futaba took the bullet and cocked her gun. "What should I aim for?"

"Actually here,one more. I want you to shoot 2 things."

"Okay?"

  Tomoe then took the  Coke from Shizu. Finished it. And threw it. "Shoot that."

"AH!MY DRINK!"

Futaba then fired and it hit dead center of the tin. Everyone then saw the tin folding in on itself at the point where the bullet hit.

  "Magic follows what the user wants meaning that,Futaba. You wanted that tin to be completely destroyed,is that right?"

  "Yeah."'

  "Woah." said,well everyone.

  "Now shoot straight there in 3 seconds,okay?"

  "Okay,but why?"

  "You need to be prepared to shoot anything and it matters mostly on your reflexes."

  "Oh okay." She then waited 3 seconds and shot at what seemed like nothing. Tomoe suddenly appeared in front of the bullet and Futaba and Soma shouted for Tomoe to get out of the way. Though Yuuki wasn't able to notice it fast enough.

  The bullet then hit Tomoe's necklace in which it split and then disintegrated.

  Everyone was silent. Though they didn't see what happened before that they saw the bullet disintegrating.

  Tomoe then broke the silence by saying, "That is the weakness of pure magic. It's extremely effective against non-magic but not so great against magic."

  "Anyway,now I'm gonna force the affinity out of you all at the same time since there isn't much time left. Be careful,it's gonna hurt."

Everyone then sat down,facing one direction and Tomoe stood behind them. They suddenly felt as though a string was stabbed into their backs. Otome looked behind at Tomoe and that it was it looked like. Think sky-blue strings going into their backs.

  "Everyone prepare yourself."

Suddenly a jolt of pain,actually that's an understatement. The screams that were heard from the class were so loud that about 10 minutes later the police came. Everyone blamed it on Otome exercising his weak body. The police believed it.

  "Now,time to choose which Deadly Si-" Tomoe was interrupted by Monzu saying.

  "We want to do Wrath."

  "Wrath?You sure?He's the right hand-man you know and-"

  "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE US!" shouted Butei which,for the first time,everyone in class nodded. "Since when were you a coward?"

  Tomoe sighed and said, "Give me a month's time. I'll find out where he is and then you'll have to ask your parents to sign out a form."

Everyone shouted "YAY!!" in happiness.
