Amelia is laying on the floor silently crying with her dead friend's body right across from her.  The vibe of the room is eerie as there is blood all over the walls including the floor. The room is full of silence except for the soft weeps of Amelia mourning for her friend.  Lucian appears in the background from outside of the window. All he can see is Amelia on the floor in the dim light of the entryway. He quietly walks towards the windows but keeps snapping on the tiny sticks along with rocks on the ground.  Causing to make more noise then he intended to in the first place.  He gets to the window learning forward squinting his eyes to get a closer view of the scene. 

Lucian - Damn I still can't see anything  maybe I should try to get closer ( He leans in more but accidentally  falls through  causing a loud thud )

Amelia - Who's there ?! ( voice shrieking with fear  she waits a couple of seconds for a response)   I said who's there  ( looks around the room)

Lucian - Oh it's just me ( pops right in front of Amelia's face  but quickly covers her mouth as he notices she is about to scream )  relax  there's no need to freak out 

Amelia -  You pop out of nowhere  you scared me 

Lucian - Oh sorry  I didn't mean to do that  ( He gets a closer look at her face ) wow you look even worst then you did before when I first saw you. 

Amelia - Thank you so much for the compliment ( sarcasm ) 

Lucian -  I mean you got a bruise on  over here, and over there ( pointing  out all of the bruises and scars that he sees on her ) you even got big cut right here on your bottom lip then another  you have bigger one right 

Amelia - Okay! ( irritated ) I get it  I look super awful right now  what do you want me to put on a full face of makeup to pretty 

Lucian - I mean it wouldn't hurt you a bit you only need a light touch of foundation and some concealer. Maybe even add some blush to warmth your face cause you look super pale then put on- ( He stops himself because Amelia is giving him the death stare ).  Oh... I'm not helping here am I 

Amelia - No you're not but what can do is get me out of here 

Lucian - Oh yeah that's why I cam here  can you get up 

Amelia - Ill need help  Gavin handcuffed me 

Lucian - Don't worry I'll take care of that  ( he goes behind her )  He must handcuff you pretty tight  your wrist is super red 

Amelia-  He did I feel like I cant feel my wrist at all 

Lucian- I got a key right here ( He pulls the key from his necklace  and shapeshift the key to make fit into the lock ) are you doing okay 

Amelia - I'm fine I need you to hurry up before Gavin comes back  down here 

Lucian- I'm on it  ( he struggles of picking the lock ) 

Amelia- What's taking so long 

Lucian - I don't know its not opening 

Amelia - Oh my god can't you just hurry up 

Lucian - I am trying here relax will I think I almost got it ( he struggles a few more times but he finally opens it ) Volia lets go! 

Before they leave through the door Lucian sees Stevens dead body on the floor 

Lucian- Oh no  ... ( gets closer to Steven ) poor guy 

Amelia - He was my friend ( gloom expression on her face ) 

Lucian - He was so young its unfortunate that he had to die this way  ( pulls out his pen and notebook ) 

Amelia -What are you doing 

Lucian- I have to record this  to track of people souls 

Amelia -  Can't you just do this later

Lucian - I can't its a part of my job  if I don't do this my boss will fire me 

Amelia- Wait you have a boss? ( Sounds puzzled) 

Lucian - Yeah just like everyone else 

Amelia - I'm confused 

Lucian- What is there to be confused about, I have a job that I report to the boss  so I can pay my bills on time its same thing that you do 

Amelia - I know but I'm just - ( She cuts off her sentence as she hears Gavin coming  down ) We need to go now ( assertive  tone ) 

Lucian - But I haven't even - 

Amelia - I SAID let's GO! ( Grabs Lucian's arms and tugs him with her )  

they both rush to the front door but realize it is locked 

Amelia- Damnit! 

Lucian - what? 

Amelia - The door is locked  we need to go out to the back door

Lucian -Amelia I could - 

Gavin - what's going down there 

Amelia - Oh shit! We gotta go 

suspenseful music is playing in the background as Gavin rushing down the steps. Amelia and Lucian head towards the back door which is open and goes straight out. At the same Claire and the Police Officer have arrived at Stevens place. They see Gavin car parked  right in front of them 

Claire - He still here  we can catch him  before he goes 

Police Officer - Now listen we must be careful we can't just  be buried- ( cuts off mid-sentence as Claire has already rushed out of the car  heading straight toward the door  

Claire - The door is locked  ( kicks and twisting the lock of the door to get it open ) 

Police Officer - I told you to be careful 

Claire -WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT  HES HERE  AND WE NEED TO CACTH HIM  BEFORE HE ESCAPES 

Police Officer - It won't do me any good if you get hurt in the process you already said he's crazy plus he's dangerous on top of that so we need to approach this situation diligently to save your friend 

Claire takes a deep breath 

Claire - Fine but how are we going to get in the door is locked 

Police Officer - I see a window that's open  we climb up to the window  and get in from there

Claire - Or we could use the ladder that's right on the neighbor lawn 

Police Officer - We can't just take stuff that isn't ours 

Claire - Too late ( picks up the ladder from the lawn and already position the ladder to start climbing ) well what are you waiting for let's go!

Police officer - Fine ( he follows suit )  

The scene cuts back to Gavin rushing down the stairs seeing running out the door 

Gavin - Amelia get here you Tramp! 

At full speed, he goes after her gaining upon her behind 

Lucian - Amelia you need run faster he's gaining upon us 

Amelia - I'm trying to go as fast I can but I don't have that much energy left in me 

Lucian - Here Ill carry you  ( He picks her in his arms and continue on running ) 

Gavin - You're not going to get far away from me!  I'm going to getcha ( laughing maniacally )  

They are running through the woods Lucian tries to avoid tripping over his cloak as he notices his feet keep getting caught.

Amelia -  You need to be careful 

Lucian - It's okay I got this don't worry I gotcha you ( gives her a wink and Amelia gives out a small smile )  

Back at Stevens's apartment Claire and the Police Officer just came from sucking into the window and landed in Stevens room that has been ransacked by Gavin.

Police Officer - This room looks like a hot mess I wonder what he was looking for 

Claire - We can worry about that later but we need to Amelia to see if she's here before we do anything else 

Police Officer - Ill look up here and you go downstairs  ( Claire nods her head ) 

Claire goes down the stairs slowly to make as little noise as possible.  When she gets to the bottom and turns around she almost screams by looking at the horrendous murder scene that has taken place with Steven bloody cut up the body on the floor. She begins to cry as she kneels to him placing her arms over him 

Police Officer comes down the stairs before he is about to ask Claire a question he sees her  hovering over Steven on the floor along with blood everywhere 

Police Officer - Damn this was a true crime of passion right here ..( looks at Claire) I'm so sorry ( place his arm around her ) 

Claire - I'm going to kill him! I swear I'm gonna kill when I see him (a mixture of hurt and anger ) I  will ( stops her sentence as she's bloody for prints on the floor leading up to back open door) We gotta go he's not here! We need to follow the trail 

Claire gets up immediately to start running, the police officer stays behind to call in for backup before he leaves the crime scene. The scene cuts back to Lucian, Amelia, and Gavin chasing in the woods. Lucian is struggling to keep on running his breath has become short and his body is now aching.  Gavin is still close behind them taunting Amelia of he is going to get her in the background 

Lucian - I need a break I can't keep running much longer

Amelia - You can't stop now He's close to us 

Lucian - Is there a spot we can hide like a tree or a bush 

Amelia - There's a big oak tree right we can hide behind there 

Lucian- okay (He's running to the tree and gently puts her down )   We should be fine here for a bit until we lose sight of him. 

Claire is still running after Gavin mumbling under her breath about how she hates him and that she cant wait till she gets her hands on him.  Claire eventually sees Gavin fro a distance with a knife in his hand 

Gavin - Come out of Amelia  I just wanna talk to you that's all. You can't hide from me forever  I will find you.

Claire - You are so dead! ( she charges right after like bull at a redo, she jumps right on him both crash hard onto  the ground ) 

Gavin - What are you doing here ( surprise ) 

Claire - You leave out of clues 

Gavin -Damnit you found my trail 

Claire - I sure did now. WHERE IS AMELIA! (shouting ) 

Gavin laughs sinisterly  

Gavin -  Who knows but I do know you won't be able to see her again! ( he pushes Claire off him  causing Claire head to hit hard against a tree )

Amelia - What was that ( turns around  to look ) 

Lucian - You need to  be careful so you won't get spotted 

Amelia -  I know  I'm just looking 

Gavin takes off running at full lighting speed Claire gets up slowly to recover but picks her momentum   to catch up to Gavin 

Gavin - You won't be able to get my Claire you can try all you want but you'll never save her!  ( laughs ) 

Claire is still running but also fighting back tears as part of her believe she won't be able to catch with him.

Gavin - Come on Claire pick up the pace won't you be able to save her at the speed of yours 

Claire - When I get to you I'll shove my foot right up your ass! 

Amelia hears  Claire voice and jolts  back up  to her feet 

Amelia- Claires here ( She jumps up and down happily, Lucian can see the glimpse of hope in her eyes ) 

Lucian - Whos Claire? 

Amelia - She's my best friend and she came here to save me!  

Lucian - Calm your tits  don't get too excited yet we still have to deal with your ex 

Amelia - I need to help her 

Lucian - You cannot go back out there 

Amelia- I can't let her face him alone  I have to help 

Lucian - You going out there is not going to help  

Amelia - I am going 

Lucian - No you're not 

Amelia - Yes 

Lucian - No 

Amelia - Yes 

Lucian -No 

Amelia - Yes 

Lucian - No 

Amelia - Yes 

Lucian - I said you're not going 

Amelia - You're not my dad !! okay, you're not my dad!    ( takes off looking for Claire )

Lucian-  Jesus Christ man I can't believe that Im doing this Amelia come back ( goes after her ) 

 scene cuts back to  Claire and Gavin having a face-off as both of them paused to catch their breath. 

Gavin - Face it  Amelia is gone 

Claire-  No she's not ( shakes her head ) I will not stop until I find her 

Gavin - If you say so. you'll end up just Steven 

Claire - You're disgusting! 

Gavin -  I wasn't going to kill you at first but I wouldn't mind adding  you on 

He takes a knife and charges towards Claire she barely manages to get out of the way.

Gavin - Im going to have so much fun with you! 

He charges the knife at her, she shirks every time barley missing his attempts .. Amelia screams out no when she sees both of them. They both look around to see her shouting her name in unison.  Amelia tackles Gavin first 

Amelia- Claire I got him to help me pin him down now!

Claire immediately follows up with her but Gavin spits at her eye causing her to lose sight and Gavin bites Amelia arm letting her get off of him. He picks up her place the knife on her throat. 

Gavin - If you take one step closer I'll her kill  right now 

Claire is frozen in her tracks the tension is so thick that you can cut it with a knife. Claire and Gavin stare at each other for minutes as both are hesitant of taking the next move. Lucian is hiding in the bushes with a rock in his hand throwing to at Gavin's head. 

Gavin - Ow what the hell was that 

Claire - Run Amelia Run! 

Amelia pushes Gavin's arm off her throat and runs towards Claire. Gavin manages to catch a grip of Amelia's shirt pushing her right back to him. Claire tackles him again telling Amelia to run off but Amelia refuses. Instead, she joins in the fight to help Claire defeat.  At first, it seems Claire and Amelia are winning until Gavin reaches for his knife and give Claire a deep cut on her side. Claires lets a chilling scream as she falls to the ground. Gavin picks up  Amelia over his shoulder as he laughing while Claire is screaming in pain. Amelia is in tears calling out for her friend but they are no use. After walking through the woods Gavin finds an old rusty shack.  While entering the shack  Gavin slams Amelia down on the ground. 

Gavin - We are staying here for the night 

Amelia-I'm not staying  here with you 

Gavin- You don't have a choice nobody will save you, nobody will hear your cries for help. You already bruised up so you can't walk far any away. you're stuck here with me so get used to it. Goodnight my dear ( Evil smile)
