Greg was the first to speak up. In a cracked voice, he said, 'So... should we go tell Steven's friends that he's dead first?' Connie agreed, ' Yea, we should, or they'd worry about him, although if they hear the news, they'll be shocked.' Wiping her tears, Peri piped up, 'But if we tell them, there might be an uproar about us gems! The people of Beach City would hate us!' Lapis sniffed, 'Yep, but what can we do about that?
