In the capital of Qin, inside a fancy restaurant, Li Na sat on the second floor near the window enjoying the restaurant's speciality, while scrutinizing a certain man through the window, who is below sitting on the other side of the street in a vendor food stall eating noodles.

As if he could feel someone's gaze, the man quickly looked up and locked eyes with Li Na.

The man was shocked to see a pretty lady wearing elegant clothes staring at him from above inside the fancy restaurant with sweet eyes. He couldn't help, but feels as if he has just won a lottery. He then tried his best to give Li Na his best smile.

With a cold voice, the emperor spoke, "rise."

The courtiers began to state some of the country's affairs and request either for the emperor's approval, and/or advice regarding the issue.

After a while, an eunuch's voice can be heard throughout the hall announcing the arrival of the general, who just came back from a conquest.

"General, Long has arrived."

The emperor stood up from his seat and wanted to welcome the general, who just returned after a conquest.

Upon arriving at the audience hall, general Long quickly got on his knee to greet the emperor, "Greeting, your majesty."

"You may rise."

"Thank you, your majesty." After thanking the emperor, General Long quickly gave the emperor the report of his conquest. "Reporting to your majesty, we have successfully annihilated the country that tries to rebel against Qin."

"Indeed, you have never disappointed me."

"We have also captured about 100 war prisoners. What do your majesty suggest we do with the war prisoners?"

"Execute them all."

As expected of the ruthless emperor, All the courtiers thought inwardly.

"Yes, your majesty." With that general Long went out of the audience hall to deal with the war prisoners.

The court has been going on for hours now and the emperor was getting bored listening to his courts minister's reporting.
